One Way Or Another - Chapter 32

*SHELBYS POV*

I lay in bed reading my kindle, I mean L.A was brilliant but with 2/5 girls pregnant, no one really wanted to go clubbing when the concerts were over. I felt Louis come and jump on the bed, causing me to nearly fall of it. 'Louiss.' I whined getting back comfortable. He laughed lightly and pulled me closer to him, taking my kindle out of my hands and putting it on the bedside table. 'I love you.' He whispered kissing my cheek softly. I smiled and kissed him back 'Love you too.' The moment slightly ruined as we heard grunting and moaning coming through the wall. Harry and Chloe. Louis laughed hysterically and I was trying to keep my face straight. 'Next time we are not having the room next to theirs.' I laughed. Louis nodded and started kissing my neck. 'Louis please tell me your not being turned on by hearing that.' Smirking at him, he looked at me and stuck his bottom lip out. I just smirked at him and got comfy in his chest. 'Erm what do you think about Paige and Becky being mums?' He asked slowly. 'They'll be great mum's I know they will.' He kissed the top of my head lightly in response. 'What about .. Yanno you being a mum.' I looked up to see if he was actually being serious. I mean, i've always been a Louis girl and I'd seen all the interviews were he's talking about wanting lots of kids but this early? I mean Paige and Niall, they were forever you could tell plus Paige could carry on her work with their baby, Becky I just knew she'd make it work she was just like that. Me? 'Louis I'm not sure I'm ready.' His face fell. 'I just want a career okay, make a stable life for the baby.' He interrupted me before I could finish the sentence. 'Are you saying I can't provide for us, I can't give a stable life?' By this time we'd moved from lying down to basically standing up, shouting at each other. 'I never said that but your living the dream, touring round the world, are you seriously going to have the time?' I shouted, getting upset now. 'You can come with us, paige is coming with us.' He said back equally annoyed. 'She has a job, a life here now with you all. This isn't what I want.' I said stopping before realising what I'd said. 'You don't want me?' He said quietly. Tears filling his eyes. I couldn't take it. 'I've always wanted you, I love you.' I said but I couldn't stay, part of me was annoyed with him still, for not hearing me out, my reasons. I grabbed my jacket and phone of the side and walked out of the door. Thankgod I hadn't got changed into my pyjama's yet. I didn't know where to go, I didn't know what to do. I was fighting the tears stinging the rims of my eyes. I heard louis shout my name and turned to see him standing, crying, Harry and Chloe walking out of the room to see what was going on, but I didn't turn back. I needed some time. I didn't want to leave him there upset but he was serious. I was scared of this relationship in case he met someone prettier, smarter, but now I know he's serious. Did I give up my dream to go and live his with him or what. I did want kids but am I ready? Would I be a good mum. 

Lost in thought I literally walked into Liam. Seeing the distressed look on my face he pulled me into a hug, put his arm around me and took me out of the hotel down the street. 'What's going on shelby?' He asked looking worried. 'Louis wants a kid but I'm not ready.' I stated 'And now I feel bad because he's upset and its so emotional Liam!' I whined as we walked. He laughed at me. 'Hey you're not suppose to laugh!', he smirked, 'There's nothing to get upset about! Louis would wait for you, he'd wait till the end of the world just so he could have you, you don't have to worry...' I felt myself smile and gave Liam an awkward side hug, 'Thanks, Liam.' He shrugged and turned us around. 'Now I think we should go back because louis won't be waiting there forever he'll be out with a search team.' I laughed and wiped the stray tears from my eyes. 'I'm not going back to the room straightaway, tell Louis I'm back though.' I said to Liam, trusting him to just give me some time. He nodded as I made my way to Paige's room and knocked quietly. She opened the door quickly. 'Oh thank god your here, shelby what were you thinking you idiot are you okay, of course your not I don't even know why I ask that.' She said all of this like a whirlwind before pulling me into a hug. I just suddenly broke down, I didn't want to lose louis I couldn't lose him. I knew that whatever I did didn't matter anymore as long as I was with him. I felt paige walk us over to the sofa in her room where she just let me cry. 'Sorry.' I said after what felt like forever. She shrugged 'Its what I'm here for.' I laughed gently. 'I'm guessing the boys told you what happened...' I asked barely whispering. So ashamed at how I'd acted. 'Don't you worry about it, Louis isn't mad, you just need to talk to each other.' I smiled and got up. 'Be brave.' She said giving me a thumbs up and I walked back to mine and Louis room. I knocked gently before walking in. Louis was sat on the sofa with his head in his hands. He looked up as I entered and rushed over to me. 'I'm so sorry.' He said crushing me into his chest. I sighed breathing in his smell and instantly felt safer in his arms. 'I want kids Louis just not yet, okay? I'm not ready.' He nodded kissing me on the head. 'I love you and i'll wait for you, whatever you choose.' I nodded. 'I'm gonna get changed.' I said kissing him on the lips. He let go and I went in the bathroom to get changed.
