Chapter Two : Head Over Heels

It had been a week since my little get to know you date with mr hunk. We occasionally would share glances and smiles in the lobby when we'd walk past each other.

Sebastian was a manager, I learned from my father. There were two managers, the other who I have not yet to meet although from what I heard she isn't so nice.

Was it too early for me to be missing my fathers worker? Probably.

I hadn't known him for long, well actually not at all but our time together was amazing. Is this what it's like to be in love?

"You're drooling again." Hudson chirped from beside me.

"Why aren't you at school?" I scoff, this kid hardly ever goes to school.

"I'm home schooled, idiot." That would be why

"Rosalie, go and make yourself useful and help your father down in the lobby. We're preparing for a gathering and he would definitely need your help." My mother said and of course I do what mother says.

I get myself dressed before heading down to the lobby. I debated for a little while on whether to take the stairs or the elevator. I decided to get over my fear and tackle the ride down the elevator.

Walking into the hotel's lobby, theres a lot more people than usual.

"Ah, Rose! Your mother said she would send you down." My father said

"I am at your service, Dad!" I chimed, hopefully I'll be paid for the hard work i'm about to do.

"I'll need you to help Sebastian organise putting names to the tables." He said while pointing to two large doors that lead to the dining hall.

I walked my way into the dining area, watching out for Sebastian.

"Miss Rosalie, it's lovely to see you." Sebastian called from the middle of the room. There were a few other works walking around, placing items on the tables.

"I have been sent to help." I said, walking towards him. He looked rather dashing in his black tight fitted suit.

"That's great, you'd be a lot more help than Eddie over here." He said, pointing to the man sitting in the corner of the room.

Eddie stood up and waved to me. He looked like he worked here as well.

"Eddie, this lovely lady is Rosalie. Mr Fogale's daughter." Eddie put his hand out and I took it. He brought my hand to his lips and kissed the back of it.

"Pleasure to meet you." He said and I smiled back. "Lovely to meet you too, Eddie."

"Alright so, we've got a bunch of names here. We need to place them at a table and then put their name on the board over there with which table they're at." He explained, pointing to the tables then to the board that was placed next to the entrance.

"Okay, got it!" I searched through the names and saw no names that were familiar to me.

It took us atleast an hour to get the tables organised for the guests. It was a lot of shuffling cards around and trying to work around the florists who were in charge of the centre pieces.

"You really helped us out here today, Miss Rosalie. Thank you!" Sebastian said.

"I hope to see you tonight." He added before leaving me standing alone.

He wanted to see me? Plain ol' me??

"You really saved my butt. I would've been here until right before it started!" Eddie said, reaching out to shake my hand.
