It's A Date

Chapter Eleven : It's a date

Seeing Acropolis with Sebastian just might have been the highlight of my life. I hadn't been here before, I hadn't been up and close before. I had seen them from afar and on the internet of course but never up close and personal.

"I can't thank you enough for this." I told him, both of my hands in his.

"You don't need to thank me, ever." He said.

This moment felt so perfect, all I wanted to do was kiss all over his face.

Our relationship felt weird. I didn't know where we stood. We kissed the other night and now we're on a date.

Wait, was this a date?

Oh my goodness, I think this is a date!

"What's on your mind, petal?" Sebastian's voice lead me out of my daze.

"Are we on a date?" I said without thinking, mentally face palming myself.

Stupid, what if he doesn't like you that way?

"Do you want us to be?"

"I think so."

"Then yeah, we're on a date." He said, his thumb rubbing up against the back of my hand.

My father had been calling me all morning long, when I finally answered he indeed had some words to say.

"No, dad. I'm not by myself, i'm with Sebastian.. Yes, he wasn't working today.. No, he didn't stay the night."

I mean I wasn't lying, I stayed the night at his but father doesn't need to know that.

"I'll tell him you said hello. I love you too, see you tomorrow night." The line went dead and I shoved my phone back into my bag.

"Dad says hi." I laugh, Sebastian's hand coming into contact with mine again. His hand was a lot larger than mine but somehow when they were put together, they fit like a glove.

"Oh did he?" He laughed.

"Mhm, he did."

"Well tell him I said hello." I nodded my head but I most likely wouldn't have told my father, no one ever tells someone they said hello back.

Sebastian lead me away from the historical sights and to a café that was hidden away down an alley street.

How does he know about all these hidden places? And why is this one hidden somewhere creepy.

Looking at him, in his black shorts. He seemed taller, I knew he was tall but being able to see his legs just made him look even taller.

I liked casual, Sebastian. He was always dressed in formal / business attire at the hotel. He seemed a lot different now.

"They have the best desserts here, plus their coffee isn't too bad either." He said as we walked inside.

It was cute here, that's for sure. The walls were  a dimmed yellow except for the wall behind the till. It was covered in floral wall paper that was peeling from the top, not too much but it was still noticeable.

The tables and chairs were all odd out, no two tables were the same. If the food isn't as good as he says, I wouldn't be so sure if I would come back here on my lonesome.

"Sit sit, i'll order for you." Sebastian said, pulling a chair out for me and I gladly sat down. My legs were a little sore from all the walking but I was really enjoying the exercise.

No longer than eight minutes later, Sebastian came back with a tray in hand and a man walk behind him with two mugs of coffee.

"M'lady." He said, placing the tray in front of me before taking the cups of coffee from the man that stood behind him.

"Thank you."

We had been sitting for an hour or maybe two, talking about the history of Greece and the Greek Gods and Goddesses.

"Demeter is lucky, she's just as pretty as the goddess her name belongs too." I say, she truly was beautiful, no wonder she was given a name of one.

"I very much think that flowers are much more beautiful than goddesses." He said, a red tint covering my face.

"Baby breathes were my favourite but now I can say that Roses have taken over number one." He said with a smile and that smile just might as well kill me.

Right here right now.

"You are my favourite flower." He said.

"Yeah, we'll you're my favourite clown fish!" And on that note, I've ruined the moment.

Why the hell would I say that? I just called him a clown fish. I'm so embarrassed.

I mentally facepalm myself.

Sebastian laughed. "As long as you'll be my Ariel. Everything will be just fine."
