It was convenient that Tails had made rooms on the blue Typhoon.
There were more than needed but it still was great.

The only things you brought with you was just a bag of spare clothing, hygiene products some paper and stuff to write with just in case, nothing special.
But you also couldn't forget to bring three special things.

Shadows ring bracelet that you never take off, The picture of your family you found in the ruins of your home and of course the book that wrote in itself.

It was interesting to look how it writes stuff.
The words would just appear like someone was writing them.
There were even dates on the pages. How the heck does a book know what day is it? It's just so cool.

You would spend hours just watching it write.
It was kind of relaxing.
Sometimes when you couldn't sleep you would just watch it to fall asleep.

(Y/n) watches the words appear on the page as a way to make herself tired and to fall asleep.

The moment she does tho, a familiar face greets her in her dreams as it has been for the past few days.

You eyes fluttered open.
You were immediately greeted with ruby red eyes looking at you.

"Hi" you smiled and sat up.

"How do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"You just appear, here" Shadow motioned around himself.

"That's just how this place works.
For me at least.
I just always sort of 'appeared' here"

You've been seeing shadow in your dreams almost daily now.

"I've remembered something again"

You tilted your head slightly.
"What is it?"

"The Ark. It was falling. Threatening to hurt a lot of people" he looked at you.

"I remember you talking to me. Although, I don't know what you said. Then I remember some sort of power surging through me? And then nothing"

You looked down in thought.
"The Ark was falling towards earth, because Professor Gerald Robotnik programmed it to do so"

You took Shadow's hand in yours.
"He modified your memories, he made you think that Maria wanted you to hurt people. To get revenge on the people who- hurt her"

"So, you made me realize that?"

"I uhh asked you to help me and my brother save everyone"

"And what happened to me after that?"

"You, me and my brother used the chaos emeralds to turn super and return the Ark to a safe orbit" you squeezed his hand

"Then i-"

"You couldn't handle amount of power from the chaos emeralds and you fell to earth"

You took off the ring bracelet.
"I couldn't save you... This is what was left" you held it up so he could see.

Shadow smiled sadly
"I'm glad that you snapped me out of the lies he made me believe"
