"World"

You couldn't sleep.

That one word was just repeating over and over in your head.

You were just tossing around in your bed.
Deciding to just get up and at least do something to, I don't know tire yourself?

You looked at Shadow's ring bracelet on your wrist.
You sighed sadly.

"Where are you my love?"

You walked outside your room.

Coincidentally, you ran into Chris on your way to the kitchen.

"Hello (y/n). Tails called you on the bridge too?" Chris asked.

"Huh? Oh. No. I just couldn't sleep that's all" You looked at the ring bracelet again.

"You miss him, don't you"

You sighed and nodded.

"Hey, Chris" You started.

"Could you, try and make one more like this?" You held up the bracelet.

"Hmm. I can try. I'll see what I can do" He hesitated for a bit before taking the bracelet.

He looked at it for a bit but then gave it back to you.

"Thank you Chris"

You decided to follow Chris to the Bridge, since you didn't have any luck sleeping, and food would probably not be helpful anyway.

"Hey (y/n)" Sonic .

"Hey Sonic" You said quietly.

"What's up?" He asked.

"Couldn't sleep"

Sonic nodded.

"What's going on up here?" You asked.

"We think we may have found another Chaos Emerald" Tails informed.

"Oh good".
"Where's the location?" You asked.

"We're on our way there"
That's when you noticed the typhoon was traveling using the Warp field.

"The scanners aren't picking up any signs of life below, maybe the Materex took this planet egg away too" Chris frowned at his screen

"Wow, if this keeps happening there will be no planet left anywhere in the galaxy. We've gotta stop them somehow and fast"

"You're right Tails" Chris said, looking up.

There were pictures of the planet below on the main screen.
The place was filled with ruin,

"The Chaos emerald is somewhere up ahead in those ruins" Tails pointed at the screen and then tapping his chin in thought.

"Yeah, but where exactly" you asked.

"There's only one way to find out"

"This'll be a singe, all we have to do is split into two groups. I'll go with Sonic" Amy smiled to herself.
