Chapter 12
**---------- Somewhere ----------**
A heavy cloak of dark wool. Drapped over the sholders of the hooded figure entering into the hollow. The husk in the corner was breathing in slow rythmic gasps. The walls and floor were cover in smooth black stone. The quality of the rock looked like black water as the moonlight shown through the open cracks of the beamed ceiling. A torch was lit and hung in a holster next to the heavy metal door not really creating sufficient light for the rest of the room.
With a fresh bowl of a strange mixture of ingredence ground to a powder in the hands the hooded figure as he walked cautiously to the breathing husk. "Master, it is time for you treatment." The hooded figure cood."This concauction we finnally liberate you from this immobile husk of a body." There was a resounding deep "grrrrr" that was ommitted from the husk.
"I take that as an affirmation for me to proceed."
The hooded figure walked over to the husk. Taking the contents of the bowl and pouring it over the husk in a dust shower. Lightly covering the creature with the powder. Once completed the hooded figure stepped back to observe their handy work. Moments later the deformed husk lying in a corner of the dark hollow began to convulse and shake undulating under a cape of dust. Runes appeared on the surface of the skin which began to glow with a deep dark bloody red and a muted violet. The convulsing husk let out a violent scream that churned the hooded figures blood making the hairs stand on the back of his neck.
"Master, are you well?" The question escaped the hooded figures lips.
The husk was still convulsing and shaking as a change was occuring. Where there was once nubs as a pair of arms and legs formed. Definition appeared on the body indicating muscles. The face that pushed its way through the surface of the body made the hooded figured gasps involunteerily.
The husk was no longer a shapeless being that had no distinguishable purpose. Now the hooded figure was staring at the most beautiful and alluring creature ever seen. The runes covered the body from head to toe and were still glowing with the blood red and dark violet colors.
The body was chizzled to male musculer perfection. His face was lean with a square jaw line. His hair fell in dark mahogany black ringlets shaping his face which complimented his silver timeless eyes. With the transformation complete the hooded figure let out the breath he didn't realize he was holding.
"Master, you have finally returned."
"That I have haven't I Dai'os or should I refer to you as Ater Nebula ( Dark Cloud )?"
"Please call me as thy wishes Master." Dai'os no Ater Nebula replyed.
"I am still not complete. So what is it the has caused me to steer?"
"I know not what has caused this sudden change either. Master." Answering the retorical question. His head would bow every time he spoke.
His master gave Dai'os a look over his shoulder that was a mixture of pity and loathing. "Of course, you wouldn't know my child." Soothingly speaking contridicting his facial expression. Walking to a metal chest by the wall that Dai'os hadn't notice before. Opening it the man pulled out a few articles of clothing and proceeded to dress himself. Snapping his fingers and an orb of light appeared above his head illuminating the once dimly lit room. Suddenly things came into view that Dai'os had completely failed to notice considering the amount of times he had visited this hollow chamber.
The dark dank room was actually furnished well and much larger than he previously thought. "Was this room always like this?" Dai'os was surprised.
His master was about to speak again when there was a rapping on the metal door. "clang, clang, clang." They both turned their attention toward the noise. "clang, clang, clang." Again the rapping came from the metal door. It was an unpleasent sound similar to two swords clashing. Getting up quickly Dai'os pushed the heavy door open. A tall pale slippery looking man stood before him.
