Before you begin, Luke is not Luke Hemmings.

*Alyssa's P.O.V.

"Mom, I'd like for you to meet Luke." I say introducing the two, for the first time.

"So you're the boy that got her pregnant." My mom says seriously. I know that she's joking, but Luke I'm not so sure about.

"Yeah, sorry about that." He says nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. It's obvious how awkward he feels. I mean he obviously doesn't know anyone here, besides his family.

Let's just say his family wasn't to happy when they found out about the baby a little over a month ago. I guess over time they just got used to the fact that they were going to have a grand kid. Other than that both of our families have been extremely supportive.

"Well we are hoping you're planning on being in the child's life, considering you helped make it.

"Yes ma'am. Alyssa actually mentioned that I could stay here until I was able to get a place of my own. I just wanted to make sure you were okay with it and all." He rambles on. It's quite hilarious for me, because he has no idea how to act.

"Luke, breath. My mom already said it was fine." I say informing him of the conversation with my mom from earlier.

"Okay, mom. Luke and I are going to go. If you need us just find us we'll be somewhere around the house." I inform her.

"Thanks for that," He says smiling a friendly smile.

"I know awkward when I see it. I figured now would be a good time to help you unpack your bag anyways." I say with fake enthusiasm, leading the way to the guest room.

"So this is where I'm staying?" He asks hesitantly.

"Yes, is there a problem?" I ask hoping there isn't because there aren't any other rooms available.

"Oh no, it's just that there's still clothes in the closet. I wasn't sure if this was a mistake or what." He says, going on about the closet.

"Oh, it's nothing. I'm sure it's either my dad, or my brother." I say looking in just to confirm my assumptions.

"Or they belong to my ex boyfriend. I'm sorry, I can get these out of your way." I say collecting as much as I can from the spare bedroom closet. "I'm going to get a box to put all of this stuff in, if you find anything else that isn't yours put it in this pile, and I'll get them to him as soon as I can."

I walk out the door and head outside to ask my mom where she placed the boxes, considering they aren't were I last remember them being.

"Hey mom, I'm helping Luke move in, and I found some of Louis' old stuff in the spare room." I begin and she nods the whole time indicating she's listening. "Well I need to know where you put the boxes, if there are any." I finally finish my sentence.

"Oh right, hmm. Stay here. I'll be back once I find them." She says, and I nod listening to my moms request, finding the closest chair so I can rest my tired feet.

"How are you doing big sister." A familiar voice says from behind me: almost as if they're mocking me.

I turn my head slightly hoping it's not who I think it is.

"What the hell are you doing here Kenny." I say in disgust.

Things could never go back to the way they were once I found out he was my half brother. It's not that I didn't want them to, but it got a bit awkward afterwards. That's when Grant really wanted to be the shit out of Kenny. He knew the whole time and never told any of us.
