"Oh look, here they come." Hermione huffed as Harry, Ron and Lavender approached the table we were seated at in the library.

"Hm? Oh, yes.. I agree." I mumbled, though I wasn't sure what I was agreeing too, I was too busy staring at Draco who was apparently deep in thought over his Arithmancy homework.

"Hi Hermio-"

"Sorry Harry, got to go! Bye Mirabelle!" Hermione jumped up from her seat and rushed out of the library, leaving half her books behind as she sped down the hall.

"Mirabelle.. Why are you staring at Malfoy?" Harry began as he took a seat across from me. "I totally agree." I nodded.

"Mira." Harry waved his hand in front of my face, snapping me out of my trance. "Oh, hello Harry." I smiled, noticing the two people beside him. If you could even call them two people..

Ron and lavenders lips were plastered so tightly together, it looked as though they might eat each other whole. "Lovely." I cringed as Harry snickered.

"What are you staring at Malfoy for?" He repeated as I stared back at him, unsure of how to respond. "He's.. He's looking rather thin these days, don't you think?" I turned back to the boy who was sitting two tables over, it looked as though he had been looking this way, but I wasn't sure.

"I agree, he's looks almost unwell. Speaking of Draco, We think he's sneaking off to The Room of Requirements ever now and then." He lowered his voice, looking around suspiciously for any eaves droppers.

"Who's 'we'?"

"Oh.. Well, by 'we' I really just mean myself, Hermione and Ron aren't convinced." He smiled sheepishly before continuing. "He keeps disappearing on the Marauders Map. And he's been wandering around with strange girls."

I felt my cheeks warm and my chest tighten in jealousy. "Which girls?" I asked, perhaps too quickly as Harry eyed be curiously before answering. "Dunno, just random girls" He shrugged. "Do you think he's one of them.. A Death Eater?"

"I reckon he is." Harry and I shifted our gaze from Malfoy, to lavender and Ron who had just pried themselves off each other as Lavender bade him goodbye. "I think I'm getting better." Ron sighed breathlessly. "At kissing, I mean."

"I'm really sorry Ron, but it's quite distasteful watching you two eat each others faces off." Harry chuckled. "Well at least I didn't have my first kiss while the other person was crying!" He scoffed in annoyance.

"Hey, Mira.. Have you had your first kiss." Ron turned to me as I flushed red in embarrassment. "No." I lied. It's been two days, how have I already been asked this question.

"Unlucky, you'll get there soon. I hear Olivers keen on you-"

"What am I keen on?" A gentle hand gripped my shoulder from behind me. "Quidditch!" I cried out, making him retreat his hand, surprised by my sudden outburst.

"Oh.. Um, Mira I was actually just looking for you. I was.. I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade together this weekend?" He licked his lips nervously. "I'd love to!" I smiled up at him happily. "Great, I'll see you then!" He let out a sigh of relief before exiting the library, waving me goodbye.

My eyes flickered over to Draco as Oliver disappeared out of sight, he was staring at the Library door that Oliver had just exited through with a look of utmost hatred.

"Forgot Hogsmeade was this weekend." Harry broke through my thoughts as I turned back to the two boys. "Did he.. Was that supposed to be.. Did he just ask me out on a date?" I stared at Harry as he shrugged.

"It's best not to assume these things, but, quite possibly." Ron answered the question for Harry, apparently he was now an expert on everything Romantic since he was now in a relationship.
