Mirabelles POV~
"I'm sorry Hermione, but we've already decided. We can help Neville with the D.A, and we'll stay out of sight." I hugged Hermione, who was sobbing into my shoulder.
Draco, Ginny, Luna and I would be returning to Hogwarts. Neville could no longer be a student there, he had caused too much mischief and Snape was planning of getting rid of him. So Neville unlocked the room of requirements, conjured up the new HQ for Dumbledores army, where he spent everyday, helping the D.A.
While Luna, Ginny and Draco are assisting him, I'll be collecting as much information on the next Horcrux as I can, we believe it to be at Hogwarts. Maybe I'd even find it there. I can also get a basilisk tooth, as I can speak parseltongue and it never hurt to have a backup weapon.
"Stay safe." Ron hugged me, earning himself an angry scowl from Draco. "Your boyfriend's mad at me." Ron elbowed me teasingly as I now hugged Harry good-bye. Draco could not help spilling the update on our relationship the second a male had given me a sliver of attention.
It was poor Dean who had to suffer Draco's bursts of 'She's my girlfriend! Did you know that!?' after Dean had collected my plate at breakfast, and taken it to the kitchen for me.
"It's time we left." Bill placed a hand on Ginnys shoulder as we departed from Shell cottage. We had four polyjuice potions that would disguise us as first years. This way we could sneak onto the Hogwarts Express and be taken straight to the school.
"We've alerted Minerva of your arrival, she'll have special precautions set in place to ensure your identities are not revealed." Bill assured us as we apparated to London, shortly after consuming the potions. "Ve' can not go any further wiz you, please stay zafe." Fleur hugged Ginny and I goodbye.
"Take my hand." Draco whispered to me from behind his disguise. His appearance belonged to Elliot Mcmaster, a first year Gryffindor. I took his hand in my own, along with Luna's, Ginny was holding Luna's other hand. "Don't get separated." Ginny mumbled as we kept our heads down, pushing our way to platform 9 3/4.
"We'll take an empty compartment at the back." Draco suggested as we boarded the train, ignoring the suspicious glares of aurors, that were stationed outside around the stations. These aurors, of course, laid their true loyalties with Voldemort, not the ministry. (By this time the ministry had been overtaken by Death Eaters.)
"Not that way." Luna tugged on my arm as Draco attempted to pull us down one end of the train. "The Carrows are patrolling down there." She smiled, leading us to the opposite end. "But, how did she know?" Draco asked as two Death Eaters appeared at the end of the corridor. "Luna always knows." (The Carrows are Death Eaters that work at Hogwarts, brother and sister.)
We took our seat in an empty compartment near the end, trying to take up as much space as possible, just in case someone entered. "How are we going to get through the gates, they have enchantments to wash away spells and potions like the polyjuice." Ginny whispered as I shut the compartment door.
"Bill said Professor McGonagall had done something about that." I took my seat beside Draco, who was staring out the compartment. "Are you okay?" I placed a tiny hand on his shoulder. "Fine." He shrugged my hand away. I hope he's not having doubts about what side he's on...
"I think it's best if we stayed back until most of the students have exited" Luna advised us as the train departed from the station. "That way there'll be less people, easier to sneak away if necessary." She went on.
"Draco.. If you don't want to do this.." I whispered to him, trying to keep our conversation private from Luna and Ginny. "I'm not having doubts." He looked away from me. "Then what's wrong?" I sighed. "Nothing's wrong." He growled. "Fine." I rolled my eyes bitterly.
