Victoria is the 1200-year-old head of the North American Vampire Council.
She was complicit with Helen in putting Adrian on the Council.
A visionary of change for Vampires, Victoria has been working very slowly and diligently to bring change to the Vampire world She understands that the technology of the humans threatens Vampires and the secret, and sees Adrian as the way forward to solve many of the issues. She saw the same thing in Helen when she was put onto Council.
She is the ultimate politician, but she is also a good boss. One eye on tomorrow, and the other on the now.
