Next morning they left towards the village while they shared intel on Neutral Zones, or as they called them, NZs.

-You all know the origins of the NZ right? - Kiara asked. -

-Yes. - said Liam. - But it might be wise to revise a little on it. -

-Do you all agree? - Kiara proceeded to ask to the rest. -

After they nodded Kiara started with her monologue:

"Neutral Zones - NZs for short- were strands of land separated from their respective realms whose habitants are people who were tired of the war and wanted to remain neutral to any faction that might arise.

So between governments, they decided to allow it as long as the inhabitants followed some guidelines, as the instance, they broke the imposed rules their status as NZ would be abolished."

-What would happen to an NZ if their status is revoked? - asked Reyla. -

-They would be granted a period to pledge for their actions. - said Jasper. - unless the broken rule is of high importance. -

-If it is of high importance then the zone would be destroyed and members would be forced to flee. - said Liam. - And an Exclusion Zone, EZ would be created until the governments consider it otherwise. -

-If I am not mistaken we already have an EZ right? - asked Stefan. - The rule they broke was supposedly not to engage with the nobility unless instructed otherwise. -

Kiara tightened her grip on her dagger at the mention of the EZ but as it went unnoticed by her members, she continued with her explanation.

-Anyways. - she said. - The rules range from maintaining strict neutrality, not revealing the secrets of the realms they came from to not engaging in combat or giving reasons to a realm to assume that they are helping a faction indirectly or directly. -

-Are they warned of the rules beforehand or are they given some sort of codex with them? - asked Stefan. -

-Both. - replied Dante. -

The rest of their small journey through Aella's dense forest, they spoke nothing, each one of them in their own different world until they saw The Wall.

-Wow. -mumbled Reyla in awe. -

The Wall was the frontier between Aella and Rhean, and it went from one corner to the other corner, it was guarded by a frontier post from the Rheani side and a hidden one from Aellan side, which is where they got the intel from.

Towards the East side of the border was the NZ they were going to, in there resided commerciants and a vast range of mixed families which meant that most of them were not fully Aellan, Rheani, Khaeni or Egani anymore and that the person in charge of them, was elected by popular election but that was unable to make life-changing decisions without consulting first.

It had a combination of Aellan construction along with the Rheani distribution and it was beautiful, to say the least. The shops reminded Kiara of the ones back in the Egani coast and back in Khaeron.

-Let us find somewhere to stay while we wait.- said Kiara.- We are supposed to meet with our contact two days from now.-

After an hour they had found a place to stay and were sitting on their shared room, because yes, the place was only a floor with a small kitchen, living room and a room all in the same space because they had forgotten that their soldier pass would only work in Nova Prime territories.

-First things first.- said Kiara after a sigh.- We will have to separately perform some bounties so we can gather income to survive both here and once in Rhean so we have Abaddon currency.-
