Chapter 2

Me: Come in!...

The door opens to revel the one and only... Jack Avery with a tired little baby Lavender in his hands and Gabbie following.

Me: Omg!

I was walking towards them. Jack opened his arms to hug me but I took Lavender.

Me: She's gotten so big!
Jack: Excuse me what about me?
Me: Nah you're still short :).
Gabbie chuckles.
Jack: Okay give me back my baby.

laugh and hand her off to Jack while I hug Gabbie. She slightly squeals. I met Jack a WHILE ago when he was at Logan's house. We hung out and he introduced me to Gabbie and then soon enough, Lav. He told me he was in a band but I haven't met them yet.

Gabbie: Your hair!!
Me: I dyed it!
Gabbie: I love it! You look so different in a good way obviously.

I smile and hug Jack too after I finish hugging Gabbie.

Jack: how's the hand?
Me: Eh, better-ish but it's not like I was playing before either.
Gabbie: Are you doing okay thought after everything?
Me: I'll get there soon enough.

I smile and they leave since it was close to Lavenders nap time.
I finish unpacking and decided to go to target tomorrow to get a few things for my room.

~the next morning~
I woke up and showered then changed into black high waisted jean shorts with slight rips, and a black long sleeve shirt with vines and roses going up the sleeves.

After putting on my sneakers I went downstairs and had breakfast with everyone. I took Lana Josie and Dani to target with me using one of Logan's car. I bought a few things for my room and we payed.

Dani: I kind of want dunkin, can we go?
Me: Ofc!
I put on the directions for the nearest Dunkin and I make a turn following the gps.

The girls wanted to stay in the car so I went inside and got the drinks. I was about to drop the drinks but I quickly walked over to a table and set the tray down. I was about to pick it up again when I heard someone say

??: WESSY WESSY!!
I turned around to see Lav running towards me. I laugh and squat down to her level and hug her. She gives me a big hug and plays with my hair again as I make her laugh. (pretend lavender is older like 3/4)

Lav: Wessy hair diffrunt.
(I'm aware of the spelling mistakes for Lav)
Me: Do you like it?
She nods and she starts telling me about how she drew a giraffe to represent her Uncle Daniel.
I chuckled even though I had no idea who Daniel was.

Lav: It had a rwelly long neck!
Someone comes over and squats down.
Jack: Lav you aren't supposed to run around alone.
Lav: Sowwy daddy...
I smile and pout
Me: 🥺 shes too precious.
Jack laughs and he picks her up while talking to me.
??: Yo Ja- whoa...
