There once was a girl
Who lived without a name
She seemed like other people
But she wasn't quite the same
Her eyes were bright and silver
Like the midnight summer's moon
She brought with her wild winds
Like that of a monsoon
This girl had a wild look
And a heart that knew no rules
To her there were no boundaries
For her freedom was a jewel
She ran more than anyone else
Flying faster than the rain
She smiled at the feeling
Of the world once again
But there was one more thing
That set her part from others
This girl was in a pack of wolves
Running wild with one another
She lived out in forest
And by nature's code she abide
This pack was wild and ferocious
Like the foaming untamed tide
But this girl did not have a name
Until one faithful night
When a boy saw her howl at the moon
And named her Twilight
