The Boy With Dreams

There was once a boy
Who made a living off his dreams
He sold them off one by one
Never to be seen
He had a beating heart of metal
And dark eyes full of fury
Behind them hid a wild jungle
Where the truth began unfurling
He stood alone in the rain
No protection and no cover
He said that behind the darkness
There was far more to discover
Deep within his soul
Hid the spirit of a lion
He let loose a mighty roar
Don't give up without trying
There was once a boy
Who lived up to his dreams
They came true one by one
There was far more to be seen
