A few minutes passed of the boys just hanging out in silence, the worry about Jay hanging over their heads. Every once in a while someone spoke up and they had a brief conversation that never lasted more than a minute.

This back-and-forth continues until the three of them hear the sound of a car pulling into the driveway. They all perked up simulataneously, sharing a look with each other before they poofed into the kitchen. Moments later, Ray and Jay had walked through the front door, Jay obviously holding back his shivers.

"I'll see if I can't get you some spare clothes," Ray said, setting his keys down on the counter while Jay closed the door. "Julie and Carlos are upstairs, I'll let them know you're here."

"Thanks Ray," Jay says honestly. "For everything."

"Of course son," Ray says with a soft smile. "Do you want to go shower before seeing Julie and Carlos?"

Jay nods, letting the shivers overwhelm him. His entire body jitters at the thought of a warm shower and Ray chuckles, waving Jay off towards the garage as he heads up the stairs.

The ghost boys all warp back to the garage, anticipating Jay's arrival. They quickly scramble to the pyramid position they were in when they had shocked Julie after performing 'Bright.'

"Hey Jay!" all the boys yelled when the boy had opened the garage door. Jay startled for a moment, but a bright smile quickly appeared on his face.

"Hey boys," Jay said, his gaze focusing on Luke. "This is why you poofed back instead of coming with in the car?"

"Yep," Luke said, popping the 'p' as he hopped off the pyramid and walked to Jay. "Had to do something to cheer you up."

"Thanks," Jay said with a soft smile. Luke grinned at him, getting lost in his eyes for a moment. They weren't nearly as red as they were back at the cemetery, his entire body was less tense now, even if he was soaked and cold.

"Alright now get, I need to take a shower," Jay said, walking through Luke, making the guitarist get chills down his spine. Jay acted like he was perfectly fine, but there was something still bothering him. And Luke knew exactly what it was.

"Don't you need clothes?" Alex asked. "Ones that aren't soaked."

"Yeah, I'll grab some from Ray," Jay said, looking down at the hem of his shirt, which he twirled around his finger.

"We've got clothes up there," Reggie said, pointing to the loft. "I think Luke's stuff will fit you."

Luke raised an eyebrow at Reggie as the bassist ran up the stairs to get clothes. Was this just a ploy to get Jay in his clothes or was he being serious?

Oh wow, he's getting paranoid now.

"Well, I'm gonna shower," Jay said, pulling his wet shirt over his head and walking off. Luke's jaw dropped slightly at the sight of a shirtless Jay and he barely took in the next words that came from his mouth. "Julie and Carlos are probably gonna come by, just let them know I'm in here."

"Yeah," Luke said, his eyes locked on Jay until he had disappeared from view. Even after he had gone, Luke was still staring because wow Jay was fit. It wasn't like he was some crazy wrestler type of buff, but there were faint outlines of abs, pecs, and muscle that made Luke's mouth go dry.

He was so gone.

"He's hot, isn't he?" Alex whispered to Luke.

"Yeah," Luke breathed out, not paying attention to his words. As soon as he registered what he said, he rapidly shook his head and glared at Alex, who only smirked at him. Luke smacked him, making the drummer snicker.
