Four Hundred and Eighteen Days After Escape | Thursday | October 16th

Something weird is going on. I know I've said it before but it's true. I'm not one for conspiracy theories but I'm serious. After class yesterday this dude followed me for three blocks before I finally decided to lose him in case he tried something. Then today that villain dude Skeletor (his name is way too over the top) said some weird shit. And after the fight, I followed him which I know is a total creeper move but like it was on the way to Starbucks so why not. But these dudes got out and like forced him into this van that basically screams kidnapper. I couldn't save him. The van was at a few other attacks too, they were watching him. Maybe me too?
Idk, maybe I'm just being paranoid but I can never be too sure. There have been too many disappearances of people like me for it to be considered a coincidence. Gotta admit that I'm scared. I'm on my own though. I don't got a team. And I got people to protect too. Not just the city, Ma and Dad too, friends and my bf. I'm gonna stop walking back from fights, it's too dangerous. From now on I fly. And I'm changing the locks, I don't care if the landlord says I'm not allowed it's gonna happen. I'll get in touch with my contact too. Maybe they'll help me out or something. Alright, that's enough for now. I got better things to do than put my paranoid thoughts into a computer. See ya later babes.

Four Hundred and Twenty Days After Escape | Saturday | October 18th

"Logan on your left," Virgil said into the earpiece as he watched the camera. He watched Logan turn to his left just in time to avoid the attack and said nothing when he heard Logan thank him, there was no time.

Occasionally when the three heroes faced a problem a little bit bigger than burning buildings, bank robberies, or people trapped on rooftops Virgil did what he could to help them in ways other than using his powers. Most often these scenarios occurred when they were facing another supervillain. It wasn't happening often, but often enough that they had created a plan for whenever it did happen.

Logan would use his powers to hack into the city security cameras on one of the laptops. Then, from the house, Virgil would watch the computer switching between cameras and attempt to warn the others of attacks or patterns they couldn't see. He had done it a few times now and had gotten pretty good at noticing them.

While he sat at home providing the best support he could the other three were in the center of the city fighting off a new villain. Somebody dressed in dark green colors and a dark metal mask. Roman was calling them Medusa because there were currently snakes coming out of their head that would spring out and attack them. Their second ability appeared to be metal bending. It worked much like Logan's telekinesis except it was limited to metal objects. They were floating on a trashcan lid, balancing on it like a surfboard.

They had tried to go easy on the villain, seeing as they had never fought him before and Virgil claimed that he could tell they were new at this. However, despite being new they were also surprisingly good. The heroes had barely been able to land any hits and their average time of handling these types of emergencies was up. "Who is this guy!?" Roman asked as he lowered a forcefield, barely managing to protect himself from a flying mailbox.
