Chapter 33

James's POV

"Cara, I never heard your name before" I said, looking at her.

" I am Georgia's little sister. Can I come in please?" She asked, her relation with Georgia shook me. I moved away from the door giving her space to come in.

" Thank you" she said, walking inside.

" Come have a seat, and can you let me know how can I help you?" I asked.

" I.. We need your help" she said and started crying again.

This seems really bad.

"Please stop crying here" I said, handing tissue paper from my table.

" Thank you, it's something related to your friend. I know you won't believe this but my sister told me about you and we need your help" She said.

" What about my friend? Can you please be direct" I said, getting irritated because of her constant jumbling words.

"Direct ok. Did you know that your friend played with my sister's life. She gave him everything he asked only to left like this. Is this what love means to you boys" She yelled.

" I always was jealous of my elder sister and her love with your friend but seeing her situation I am happy that I was not in this situation. He destroyed because of some business work but mostly he destroyed my only sister"She said, wiping the tears which were running down her eyes.

" I.." I couldn't say anything. I was shocked about what she was saying what mess has Nathan created and what happened to Georgia. I felt my heart break hearing about Georgia.

" Were you also involved in this? Tell me right now, I don't expect you not involving but let me know so I can plan" She said, looking at me.

" No, and what are you planning?" I asked.

"Why should I trust you?" she asked.

" You were here to ask my help and now having trust issues. I think you should think properly and even if you won't tell me your plan I will help you" I said.

" I am sorry but, why would you I was expecting no from you if it was not Georgia's wish, I would have never came here" she said.

" Because I know my friend here is wrong and" I said, but controlled my emotions.

" And what?" She asked.

"I love Georgia, I mean I loved her" I said.

" She was right" she said, looking at me.

" What do you mean by that?" I asked, looking at her.

" She told us about your love about her, she knew, but was so much in love with Nathan." she said.

Present Times

" So, you just helped them because you love Georgia?" asked Stephen.

" I tried to talk with Nathan, but Nathan I knew changed and he was not same after the winter break, and then I decided to help them" I said.

" If you loved Georgia so much, why are you not with her and with Cara?" asked Nina.

I was expecting this question which I never wanted to answer.

" I love Georgia and still do" I said, thinking about Georgia.

" Is it because the business loss you both are taking revenge from him, I mean you both could have earned more than him" said Stephen.

" If, it would have been that I would have stopped it but" I said.

" But what?" asked Nina.

" The reason I continued the revenge because his greed caused lives" I said.

" What are you talking about?" asked Nina.

" Georgia committed suicide the day before Cara came to me and you know what she was pregnant with Nathan's child" I said.

" What!" exclaimed Nina and next thing I see Nina losing her consciousness.

" Nina" said Stephen, trying to wake her up.

I walked towards her.

" I guess it happened because of sudden news and as she is still recovering" said Stephen, taking her in his arms.

" I am sorry about this, but don't worry I am with you" said Stephen walking out with Nina in his arms.
