The Malfoy's Ball

    As we appeared infront of the manor. I turned to Char and said, "Bye Char."
He turned and said, "Bye y/n."
With that he apparated away. I walked up to the door and knocked on the door. Draco opened the door and immediately pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back. I said, "Hi Dray."
He smiled and said, "Hi y/n. You look absolutely amazing."
I smiled and said, "You look handsome."
He let go of me and took my hand and led me towards a dining room. When I walked in I saw Mr and Mrs Malfoy. He stopped and said, "Mother, Father this is my girlfriend y/n."
His father stood up and said, "Hello. I have a few questions before we talk anymore. Last name? Blood status? House?"
I'll admit he scared me. I answered confidently, "Hi Mr Malfoy. My name is y/n Zurah. I am a pureblood, and a Ravenclaw."
His stern look fell off his face and he said, "I know your father. Next time you see him till him I say Hello."
I nodded as Mrs Malfoy got up and said, "Hello y/n. Aren't you gorgeous."
I smiled and said, "Well thank you Mrs Malfoy."
She smiled and said, "Don't call me that... please call me Narcissa."
I smiled. Then Mr Malfoy said, "Guests should be arriving upstairs we go."
I looked at Draco confused. He said, "We will wait upstairs for everyone to arrive. Once they do we will make an appearance by walking down the stairs. My parents first and then us."
I nodded. We stood upstairs for awhile which I'll admit gave me a bunch of time to look around. The house was very dark. Mainly black, grey, dark green, and white. It didn't give many home like vibes. I walked over to Draco and he nodded. I whispered to him, "I'm scared."
He chuckled slightly and said, "Their is nothing to be worried about. I got you."
We started down the stairs. Once reaching the bottom I let out a sigh of relief. He kissed me on the cheek and lead me over to a group of people. Once they saw us I heard Blaise say, "Awh y/n lovely to see you again since you are my favorite Ravenclaw."
I laughed and said, "I'm the only Ravenclaw you like."
He nodded and said, "True."
Crabbe pitched in said, "Watch out Parkinson's here."
I turned to Draco and said, "Dray why is pugface here."
Draco answered, "Cause my parents and her parents are friends."
I groaned as Blaise chuckled. I playfully slapped him and as Goyle said, "She found us guys."
All of a sudden I heard that fake as giggle that I hate. Pugface said, "Hi Drakey Poo. Zabini, Crab, Goyle, and the slutty girlfriend."
I was about to snap back when I heard, "Parkinson stop being mean."
I turned abs saw it was Marcus. I laughed and said, "Thanks for that."
He nodded as Dray said, "Babe let's go dance."
   I walked to the dance floor with him. As his hands went around my waist and my arms around his neck. We danced for awhile and I said, "Dray I need to talk to you."
   Draco looked at me and said, "I need to talk to you too." The ball was almost over so Draco led me outside. He stopped at the garden and Dray blurted out, "Y/n I love you."
   I gasped and said, "Draco I love you I do but..."
   Draco got sad and said, "But what?"
    I lied and said, "Their are some things going on at home the moment. I think we must break up. I'm so sorry Dray. I want us to be friends still."
   He looked at me and said, "Did I do something wrong."
   I took his hands in mine and looked at him straight in the eye. I said, "Dray you are the best boyfriend anyone could ask for. This decision has nothing to do with you. I'm just struggling and need to focus on myself. All I ask is that we can still be friends."
    Draco nodded and said, "Y/n we will always be friends." He led me inside and to the fireplace. He kissed me on the forehead and then whispered in my ear, "I will tell the school we broke up."
   I nodded and said, "Bye Mr Malfoy, Narcissa. Bye Draco see you at school. With that I took a handful of floo powder and said, "Zurah Estate." I walked into the house and ran right to my bedroom. I quickly got one of the owls in my house and wrote to George.

    I sent the letter and changed out of my dress. I threw on an oversized shirt and shorts. Now I sit here and wait.
