narrator pov:

it's been a few days since the incident and mattia has been feeling very down
he's feeling a lot of emotions and he doesn't know who to talk to because he doesn't wanna put it all on y/n

he feels that he's used for his looks and body and thT the only person that understands him and doesn't use him is y/n
everyone on social media only like him because of his looks because they don't know him like his friends do

after being used and targeted for his body by katelyn he hasn't been feeling as comfortable in his skin and only wears hoodies and sweatpants
he hasn't came out of bed and skipped school the past two days

y/n doesn't know he's feeling this way but she does know about him not being at school so on tuesday after school she stopped by his house

y/n: hey gian!
gianluca: hi y/n, mattias in his room, probably a good thing ur here cause he hasn't came outa there in days. not even for food!
y/n hugged him quickly then ran down the stairs to his room

she knocked on the wall letting him know someone's there and he turned over in his bed looking at her

she walked sitting at the end of his bed
y/n: you ok tia?
mattia: no, i have a lot on my mind but i don't want to put it all on you it's not fair
y/n: mattia, we're in relationship we're supposed to always be there for eachother and never be afraid to tell the other something. your problems are my problems and my problems are yours

she went over getting into bed with him and played with his hair to calm him down
y/n: i'll stay as long as you need, take your time and tell me when your ready. if your not yet we can watch movies till you are
mattia: thank you

she put on one of his comfort movies and ran her nails through his hair while he wrapped his arms around her and snuggled his head into her chest
he felt safe

around an hour later

mattia: uh y/n?
y/n: yeah?
mattia: i'm ready
y/n: ok i'm listening

mattia: so ever since that katelyn situation i've not felt very confident and i've felt used for my body, i just feel like everyone knows me for it and my looks

he went on and into detail and y/n sat there taking everything in
her heart broke as he stuttered on his words

when he finished he took a deep breath then layed back down she she went back to running her fingers through his hair

y/n: mattia look at me, your so perfect in every way okay? i really wish you could see yourself from me and all your friends eyes. your so so so much more than your body and i'll continue to remind you that till you believe me. i love you for you mattia, i love that you can always make me laugh, i love that sunshine comes out when you walk into the room, i love how easy it is to talk to you, i love that we can have serious 3 in the morning talks or 3 in the morning dance parties. i could go on and on i love you for being you

mattias eyes began to water and he turned around kissing y/n with passion and love

they kissed for a few moments then pulled apart
mattia: thank you i feel so much better and i love you so much

she smiled and kissed him once more
they kept talking for a while
mattia: i love our dance parties too
y/n: yeah it's a shame you can't dance
mattia: excuse me ms. girl
she laughed and he got up putting on music and dancing

y/n: AYO AYO GO ITALIAN BOY GO

he fell over laughing which made y/n burst out laughing
y/n: i wish i got that on video u look like an idiot
mattia: ur literally just jealous at this point
y/n: jealous is definitely a word
mattia: ya and it isn't a good look on you

y/n decided to sleepover and she convinced mattia that tomorrow he's going to school
