After Jonah went to bed Marco and I sat back down on the couch.
"I think its time to go to bed." He yawned.
I nodded my head in agreement.
"You can sleep in the guest bed room tonight."
I got up and walked downstairs.
"My bedroom is the one next to the guest bedroom if you need anything."
He nodded and followed me down the stairs and went into the room. I was about to walk into mine when he called my name.
"Samantha wait." I turned around so I could see him.
"Ya?"
"Thanks for letting me stay here." He shifted from foot to foot. I smiled slightly.
"No problem, and you can call me Sami if you want."
He smiled. "I like Samantha better."
I blushed and walked into my bedroom. I closed the door behind me and jumped onto my bed. it was so comfy. I relaxed and pulled the sheets over my head.
Then I remembered that my lights were still on, so I groaned before pulling the sheets off of me and standing up. I walked over to the light switch and flicked it off, and once again, jumped into bed.
I relaxed once again and closed my eyes, only to be welcomed by sleep.
I opened up my eyes and saw that the room was pitch black. An object sat in front of me but I couldn't make out what it was.Suddenly a small light above us flickered on to show that we were in some small room with no windows. Blood stains covered the cement walls and I felt my heart rate pick up its pace.
Where was I?
I now saw a man in black standing in front of a object with a sheet over it.
The man pulled the sheets off of the object to reveal....
"Jonah..."
The man pulled out a small black gun out of his pocket and pointed it to the back of his head.
"No let him go! He's all I have left!" I screamed. "What do you want? Please I'll do anything, just don't kill my brother!"
The man in black held a gun at my brothers head. He was tied to a chair, and so was I.
"I already told you what I want! But obviously you've left me no choice!" Growled the man in black.
BANG!
"NO!"
I woke up to somebody shaking me.
"Samantha, wake up!"
I opened up my eyes to find myself crying. Marco sighed and hugged me.
"Its okay, it was just a bad dream." He mumbled into my ear.
I cried in his chest. He held my tightly and kept telling me it was all a dream. I stopped crying after awhile. Marco kissed my cheek and got up and started to walk out until I called his name.
"Marco?"
"Yea?" He asked.
"Do you think you can stay with my tonight? I'm scared I'll have that nightmare again."
He smiled and nodded his head yes. I scooted over and he lay down beside me.
I laid my head on his chest and fell asleep.
I woke up the next morning still asleep on Marcos chest. Marco was still asleep so I decided to let him sleep. I carefully got out of bed and went upstairs.
I opened up the fridge and saw some leftover raccoon meat in a bag.
I cut the meant into stripes and put them into a skillet. I let them cook and went outside. I climbed up a pine tree and grabbed some eggs out of a nest.
I climbed back down the tree and quickly ran back into the house and started to cook. I got everything ready and put it on plates. Just in time too.
"Wow someone was busy." Marco came up from behind me.
"Ya I made raccoon bacon and bird eggs." I explained while laughing.
"Still counts." He shrugged.
I laughed.
"Well I better go wake up Jonah." I said while walking to his room.
I knocked on his door.
"What?" Said Jonah tiredly.
"Time to eat breakfast. C'mon before it gets cold."
I went back over to the kitchen table and sat down and started eating. Jonah came out a few seconds later and sat down and started to eat.
"Not bad." Said Jonah.
I smiled at him.
"Thanks."
