After breakfast, Jonah kept moaning.
"Jonah whats wrong?" Marco looked concerned.
"My foot really hurts." Said Jonah. I sat next to Jonah on the couch. "Do you want a pain killer?"I asked him. He nodded his head yes. I got up and got him a glass of water and a pain killer. After a couple minutes, The pain went away. I got up and checked the time. 12:03. "Marco, its about time you should come back to the campsite. Some of the guys are getting really worried." Said Marcos friends on the walkie-talkie. Marco got up from the couch and grabbed his walkie-talkie. "Ok guys, I'll be there in half an hour." said Marco. Jonah started to cry. "Please don't leave! Your my only friend!"exclaimed Jonah. I was a little sad too that Marco was leaving. Marco was both Jonah and my first friend. Marco sat next to Jonah on the couch. "Hey its ok, we'll meet again someday. I promise. And I don't go back home for three more weeks so you can always come and visit me." Said Marco. "Okay." Said Jonah. They hugged each other and Marco got up and came up to me. "You gonna miss me?" Said Marco with a smirk. "Oh, I'll make new friends later throughout life, so no probably not." I told him while trying to keep a serious face. I was lying, of course I'm gonna miss him, he was my first friend. He looked at my weirdly. "Well thats offensive." He said while being sarcastic. I laughed. "I was joking, don't get such a big head." I told him while playfully hitting his arm. He smiled and walked towards his stuff and started to walk out the door. I was about to walk away when he called my name. "Samantha wait!" Called Marco. "Yah?" I asked him. "Do you wanna walk over to my camp site with me?" He asked. "Ya sure just let me grab my stuff." I told him. I went to my room and grabbed a jacket and a walkie talkie and went back into the living room upstairs. I told Jonah everything I said the day before, and after that, we were off.
