Katniss's POV-
Peeta and I take a train to District 11. I decided that the paparazzi can know about our baby.
*In District 11*
Peeta and I arrive at the District 11 clinic to get an ultrasound. Peeta and I decided that we would like to know the gender.
When we walk in Peeta goes to check me in. I look around and see everyone is staring and trying to take discreet pictures of me, which is not working. Finally a doctor comes out and calls us in.
When we get in the room, the doctor puts a cold gel on my belly. She puts the wand on my belly and moves it around.
"We have a healthy heart beat!" She exclaims. Her face turns from a smile to a confused look.
I panic. "What is it? Is the baby okay?"
She looks at me and smiles, "We have two healthy heart beats."
I'm shocked. "Twins?" I ask.
"Yes! Twins." She responds. "Congratulations!" She continues.
It's a few awkward minutes before Peeta asks, "Can we have a moment?"
"Sure." She smiles and walks out.
"Are you okay?" Peeta asks.
"No! I'm not okay! I was barely ready for one kid and now two?"
"Well-"
"Not to mention at the same time." I interrupt Peeta.
Peeta looks at me with a type of pity in his eyes. "We should go."
I get up and grab my stuff to leave.
"Thanks." Peeta says to the receptionist on our way out.
