Katniss POV-
1 hour later..
After about an hour the party dies down and we go to the conference room where president Paylor sits at the head of the table.
When she sees me she smiles and says, "Glad you could join us Ms. Everdeen." I glare at her and say, "It's Katniss. You never told me there was gonna be a major decision making meeting Among the victors."
"This meeting isn't mandatory and you wanted to leave as soon as possible so I just told you what you needed to do. If you wanted to know if there was anything else besides that you should've asked." President Paylor states. I roll my eyes and sit down. Peeta sits next to me.
After everyone is seated President Paylor says, "Welcome past victors. I wanted to talk to you about the future of Panem." We all look around at each other. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Well what should we do from here on out. We know there will be no more games. But besid-" President Paylor is interrupted by Joanna, "I still want one last hunger games to be held but for the capitols kids to be chosen" We all stared at her in shock.
"Well that's out of the question." President Paylor states as if its a fact.
"No. The capitol children deser-"
"No child deserves that." President Paylor interrupts Joanna with an angry tone.
"yet it happened to us." Joanna snaps.
After 30 more minutes of arguing about another games we all decided no. But we will hold a hunger games simulation. If you get shot you wont die but it will feel like it. Joanna was pleased with this solution and honestly so was I. We decided it would be held in 6 weeks. After that we just talked about tax and money and what not.
2 hours later..
Katniss's POV-
"I'm so glad we can leave." I tell Peeta. Peeta gives me a tired smile and nods. We pack our clothes and are on the first train back home.

So sorry for the very short chapter :/ i just felt it should end here. It mentions what happens in the meeting and the out come of the meeting so I felt I'd just tell you guys what happened after and end there. Sorry about that though :)
