"IS THAT A DEAD BODY?!"

Mei Hatsume liked to scourage through Dagobah beach for parts on Sundays. Looking at parts to get ideas she can build at school the next day. As she was looking through the garbage dump one Sunday, she discovered something new.
A body.
A human body.
Or, what looked to be a human body, if it weren't for the loose wires coming from the arms, and the parts where the skin was torn so you could see the mechanical insides.
The body, or boy, had curly green hair that looked like a bird's nest, cute sprinkles of freckles on his baby cheeks, and a slightly muscular yet lean body.
"Oh ho ho, I'm going to have fun with you," Mei said, rubbing her hands together in an evil genius way.
Nezu would be proud if he saw her now.

"POWER LOADER!" Mei yelled, walking into the support lab with a red wagon dragging behind her.
"Yes, Hatsume?" Power Loader sighed.
"Look what I found!" She yelled as she ripped off the sheet and revealed to him the body.
"IS THAT A DEAD BODY?!" He screeched, running over to the wagon with the body in it.
"NO! It's an android! We need to fix him!" She explained quickly, causing Power Loader to sigh in relief.
"Hm..." The man said, walking around the android and checking it over, "I'll see what I can do."
"YES!"

The next week, Power Loader brought the staff, plus Mei since she helped him, to the Support Lab.
"Now Majima, what do we owe the pleasure?" Nezu asked, sipping his tea from his spot on Aizawa's shoulder.
"Well! We've been working on this project for a week, and we think it works. Feast your eyes...ON THIS!" Power Loader said, ripping the sheet covering the project off, showing the staff the still body of the android.
"...A boy?" Aizawa asked.
"AN ANDROID!" Mei yelled, popping up from behind the table, effectively scaring most of the teachers.
"I found him on the beach! He was all ripped up, so we fixed him! We're gonna turn him on!" Mei explained, walking around to set the table so that the body was standing up.
"Well, I'm certainly excited about how this will go," Nezu stated.
As the teachers watched the two turn him on, they waited for a few moments before the body began to twitch a little. It only took a few more seconds for the android's eyes to open to emerald eyes.
"HE'S AWAKE! IT WORKS!" Mei yelled, running up to the boy.
He just stared at her emotionlessly.
"Welcome to the world!" Mei cheered, staring into the boy's eyes.
"..." He said nothing, just staring at her impassively.
"Hold on, let me just..." Power Loader said, before going to the computer that he plugged the body into. He typed a few things before hitting enter.
