The next few months were great; you two spent the night together daily and saved up enough to finally get a place together. The weekends were spent looking at possible new homes, after 3 months of looking you two finally found a little three bedroom house for rent in a price range you could afford. You were so happy that you two had a place that you two shared; not just his or yours. Life was finally coming together perfectly.
Once all the paper work was signed and the place was officially you and Luke’s you two spent the next two weeks helping each other get rid of stuff and pack. When you finally finished and both of your previous places were emptied you headed with your belongings to your knew house.
Luke pretty much gave you free will when it came to decorating except with his man cave; which was what you two had decided would be the best use for one of the spare bedrooms while the other was made into an office type craft room for you. This way you would both have your own space. You painted the rooms and decorated and it was finally perfect. It was going on six months since you and Luke had gotten engaged and it was finally time to start planning the wedding.
You parents were currently on some backpacking trip across the world but they assured you they would be there for the wedding and wired you a hefty amount of money for the wedding planning; you had grown up around money but you had made it a point to make it living on your own and you had. This was the one of the few times you were grateful for your parent’s money. You started looking online and began the process of planning a dream wedding; Luke leaving most of it to you except the obvious things you would need his input on. It was going to be the type of wedding little girls dreamed of having, including yourself when you were that age. The funny thing was that even at that age you had pictured marrying Luke, you never thought it would really be happening all these years later. You were so excited.
