The wedding was everything you had pictured, and you certainly hoped so considering how much time and effort you put into planning your dream the day. The only thing you had consulted Luke on was the food and he didn’t seem to mind. Everything was in place and you were about to walk down the aisle to marry the man of your dreams, the boy you fell in love with all those years ago. You walked down the aisle to see him standing there looking so handsome in the tux you had picked out for him. You two made your marriage official in front of everyone you cared up and you were now officially Mrs.Hemmings. You couldn’t be happier.

You couldn’t stop staring at your beautiful husband on the way to your reception you felt like a million bucks. You never thought this day would’ve come that you would be married to the love of your life. There wasn’t a greater in the feeling that you had felt yet.

When you two arrived at your beach reception all your guests had already arrived and when you arrived the DJ stopped and announced you as your new name; Mr. and Mrs. Luke Hemmings. The reception was so much fun and the food you and Luke picked out together was insanely better than you remembered at the tasting. You and Luke had your first dance as a married couple; the last time you had slow danced with Luke was probably senior prom. Gosh it seemed like just yesterday; now look at how far you two had come.

You two cut the cake together and you immediately shoved the cake all over Luke, everyone laughed including you. You were laughing so much that you didn’t notice Luke throw cake at you; you were going to get payback later; you weren’t sure how or when but you  knew it would happen.

The party was winding down and coming to a close; you had lost Luke after excusing himself to use the restroom.  That’s when you heard someone on stage clear their throat; you turned and saw Luke along with Ashton, Michael, and Calum set up on stage for an acoustic performance.

“Umm… hello everyone; thank you for coming out...” he looked so nervous it was absolutely adorable.  “I wrote a song for Sarah years ago; back in high school. When she had no idea how I felt back then. She’s never heard it and now that she’s mine I figured now would be the best time as ever for her to hear. So this song is called ‘Heartbreak Girl’ and I dedicate this song to my best friend and beautiful wife.”

He wrote a song for you? All those years ago when you two were still in school? It made your heart warm and you felt overjoyed with such a big gift here in front of everyone.

They started playing the opening chords,

“You call me up,

It's like a broken record

Saying that your heart hurts

That you never get over him getting over you.

And you end up crying

And I end up lying,

Cause I'm just a sucker for anything that you do.

And when the phone call finally ends,

You say, "Thanks for being a friend,"

And we're going in circles again and again

I dedicate this song to you,

The one who never sees the truth,

That I can take away your hurt, heartbreak girl

Hold you tight straight through the day light,

I'm right here. When you gonna realize

That I'm your cure, heartbreak girl?

I bite my tongue but I wanna scream out

You could be with me now

But I end up telling you what you wanna hear,

But you're not ready and it's so frustrating

He treats you so bad and I'm so good to you it's not fair.

And when the phone call finally ends

You say, "I'll call you tomorrow at 10,"

And I'm stuck in the friend zone again and again,

I know someday it's gonna happen

And you'll finally forget the day you met him

Sometimes you're so close to your confession,

I gotta get it through your head

That you belong with me instead,”

It was probably the sweetest thing Luke had said to you the whole time you had ever known him; next to your wedding vowels of course. Tears began to flow from your eyes from joy; all those years ago and he loved you that much, everything he told you when he confessed his feelings for you was true and he just proved it.

He thanked the boys for playing with him and made his way back towards you; you got up to run into his arms and meet him half way with a kiss and an embrace. You were the luckiest girl in the whole world to call Luke Hemmings your husband.

You and Luke thanked everyone once more for coming and got in the town car to the airport along with your suit cases; you two were headed for a two week honeymoon in Paris; courtesy of your parents. You were so excited.

*Luke POV*

You finally sang the song to Sarah and judging by her reaction she loved it; so did the crowd. Even if you and the band never made it famous at least you had your biggest fan right here in your arms to call yours. You were the luckiest man in the world and you got her all to yourself for two weeks in Paris. You couldn’t wait as you two rode cuddled in the back of the car to the airport.
