Chapter 23

Kozume Y/N

This morning we all left to tour around Tokyo. Well for me It was Christmas shopping since we all were celebrating together, I thought of getting gifts for everyone. 

Right now We're in Mall, looking for things. I have got gifts for everyone except Oikawa Senpai and Yua since these two are sticking with me since the morning.

I've decided to buy K-fangirl goodie box for Yua and Volleyball shoes along with Knee pads for Tooru Senpai but these two aren't leaving me so I could go and buy it without them knowing.

"Y/N aren't you done? I am really hungry" Yua whined and Idea popped in my brain.

"I am hungry but there are lines in all those restaurants" I said as I pointed at the food court.

"How about you go and line up while I'll get the things within ten minute and meet you there??" I asked as I crossed my fingers hoping she'd agree.

"Okay then" She agreed and I mentally cheered.

"Um Tooru Senpai. why don't you keep her company. I'll be back in a jiffy" I turned to Oikawa Senpai. He hesitated but nodded agreeing.

"See you in 10 " I waved and rushed to the goodie store.

I got Yua album of BTS, EXO, SEVENTEEN, GOT7, TXT and NCT along with stickers and posters and got it wrapped in a pretty box. (If You like other bands, feel free to add).

After paying, I ran to sports store and got things for Oikawa Senpai. 

Exactly 10 minutes later, I headed to the restaurant. I reached their exactly on time as they were about to enter.

We all sat down by the table near the window and enjoyed the bowl with ramen along with tempura.

I excused myself to use washroom. After doing my business, I walked outside and my clumsy ass ended up bumping into someone.

"I am so sor-" I stopped midway as I realized who it was. It was Mizuki. She was smirking at me.

"Won't you apologize?" She asked me in a fake polite tone. I could feel my blood boiling.

" Yeah. Sorry" Nonetheless I apologized to avoid drama. I was about to walk away but she stopped me.

"What do you need?" I asked her totally annoyed at the fact that she stopped me.

"Oh! Nothing really. Just wanted to show you, I am dating Ushijima-san now" She said as she showed me the ring in her finger trying to humiliate me.

"Good for you" I tried acting savage even though I was hurting.

"Good for me? Aren't you sad that you ex-boyfriend is dating me?" She is definitely provoking me and I am not giving in.

"Why should I be sad? I moved on already and besides I am already dating" I lied to her.

"You're what?" It wasn't Mizuki but Ushijima.

"I am dating someone" I repeated.

"You're lying. I know you're still not over me" Ushijima's words were enough to ignite fire in me.

"Heh! what a joke!" I scoffed at him. 

"Sorry to disappoint you but you don't really matter anymore. I already have a boyfriend" I lied with poker face.

"Y/N, you good?" Oikawa Senpai came to my rescue.

"Yes Babe I am good. Ran into them while I was on my way back to you" I signaled him to play along and he got it.

"Oh! You ran into your ex-boyfriend and his bitchy girlfriend huh" He laughed as he put his hand around me. 

"Are they troubling you?" He added and I shook my head.

"Out of all people? him? like really Y/n?" Ushijima was in rage now.

"Yes. He loves me. and that's Kozume for you" I said and for a second Ushijima's stoic expression changed into hurt before changing back into stoic expression again.

"Y/N let's not play with each other's heart. I can tell you're just pretending so Y/N just quit it." He said as he grabbed my hand. " Y/N, I miss you please come back to me" He had this expression that broke my heart but I will stay strong.

I pulled my hand.

"Ushijima-san your girlfriend is right beside you so please refrain from talking like that" I stared in his eyes.

"Besides I don't want my boyfriend to feel insecure just because of careless wording of my ex-boyfriend so please be careful" I continued being stern.

"It's okay baby, I trust you" Oikawa Senpai pulled me closer and placed a kiss on my cheek making me go all red. That was totally unexpected.

"We'll leave now" Tooru senpai said and brought me with him.

"Are you okay?" He asked me as we exited the restaurant.  I stared at him and nodded.

"Where's Yua?" I asked him as we were walking away.

"She had to do some last minute shopping so she'll meet us at your house" He explained and I nodded.

We both walked to train station while I was looking for the ways to apologize for dragging him into my matter.

"Senpai?" I called as we were walking.

"Yes?" He turned back looking at me.

"I'm sorry" I apologized.

"Huh? what for??" He asked me looking in bewilderment.

"For dragging you into drama of my ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend" I started.

"I am sorry for lying that we both were dating. I didn't want to cause trouble for you but It somehow ended that way and I am really sorry, I didn't want to use you." I added as I look down not being able to face him.

"Hey! Y/n-chan" He called me but my eyes were fixed on grounds.

"Y/N-chan look at  me" He cupped my face as he grabbed my face making me look at him.

"It's okay. You didn't totally lie. You and I both know that I have feelings for you. I have been subtle all this time because I know you need time." He spoke as he looked straight into my eyes.

"I wanted to wait for you to move on completely and then confess but I can't hold back anymore. I really love you Y/N-chan. Will you go out with me?" He confessed his feelings and pressed his lips against mine leaving me in a daze.
