chapter 16

I woke at 11 and remember that I had my date with calum tonight. I went down stairs and found jade and michael eating and watching tv.

" hey there's katie" michael says

" yeah sleepy head did you have too much fun yesterday" jade adds

"I guess but I have a date tonight with calum so did you want to go shopping jade " I guess let me get my shoes on"

" Well I still have to get dressed so it might be awhile"

" Ok ,just whenever your ready"

" ok"

" oh hey katie" michael chims in

" I've got something for you so do you want to follow me into the kitchen" he says

"I guess" I say as I followed him into the kitchen.

"So what's up" I say as we sat down and he looked at me

" Well I got you alittle something since today would be the official 'you've been my sister' for a week now.

"Ahh michael your so sweet,you didn't have to"

" but I did, I've always wanted a sister and now that I've got you I'll never let you go" he says pulling out a box. Inside the box was a bueatiful heart shaped necklace. "Micheal it's bueatiful" I say as I pull him into a hug. Just then somebody comes into the kitchen I turn around to see....aunt Karen

" mommy!" Micheal says and runs to hug her .

"Your back" I say hugging her too over michael

" yes omg I missed you guys soo much"

" we missed you " michael says

" so tell me what have I missed" she says as we sat down at the table.

"Oh wait here" I say and then go into ghe living room to where jade was

"Hey jade come here I want you to meet someone"

I drag her into the kitchen and sit her down at the table next to michael

"Aunt Karen or mom ;) I want you to meet jade"

" Oh well its nice to meet you in person finally jade hi I'm karen but you could call me mom too if you want"

" Hi it's nice to meet you" she says as she sits down

"So how did michael take the news" she asks

"Oh he loved it he even got me this necklace because it's been a week since I told him"

" omg it's bueatiful your too sweet mikey" she says

"Ok so I'm going to go to the mall with jade we'll be back later" I say

" Ok " they replied

After the mall we came back and I went upstairs to take a shower and get ready

" Why is she so excited" Karen asks as she sees me running up stairs

"She has a date tonight with calum"

Jade answers

"What she's going on a date"

" ya it's her second one"

" omg what" Karen says

Calum P.O.V

I called katie and told her that I would pick her up at 8 I throw on some sweats and a t-shirt on before I walked down the stairs and grabbed my keys

"Hey ash I'm heading out" I say

" oh where to"

" date with katie"

" Ok well you kids have fun and be safe" he says in a fatherly way"

" Ok dad" I smirk before leaving

I arrived at Katies house and rang the door bell.

" calum"

" aunt Karen your back" I say

" ya and I hear you and katie are dating"

" ya kinda" I say before katie walks out and we walk back to my car.

I drive until we reached a park.

"Do you want to take a walk" I ask katie

" I would love to"she smiles

We walked around the park and talked about stuff. It was about 930 and we were sitting on a bench looking at the stars

"I've had a great time tonight katie"

" me too calum I really enjoy spending time with you"

" me too"

" so do you want to head back"

" probably Karen could get worried"

We walked back to the car and I drove her home.

"So I guess I'll see you tomorrow"

I tell her once she's about to get out of the car.

"Tomorrow" she says before giving me a small peak on the lips and getting out of the car.

A/n: so technically this is not all of it because I have another trick up my sleeve ;) but this is chapter 16 sorry it sucks and it's late. Thank you soo much for reading.
