Kimui's POV
I started to come back to consciousness I could barely move. People were talking continuously. I can't even have peace when I'm unconscious, can I. I thought.
I flutter my eyes open and I see Boruto, Sarada and sensei in a heated conversation. Mitsuki was playing a game with Kagura. I shuffled a little on the bed and they noticed that I was conscious.
Boruto and the others left the room except Konohamaru sensei.
"Hi Sensei". I said as I felt there were almost a hundred questions he wanted to ask me. I sat up on the bed ready for the questions to hit me. "What does the team mean to you, Kimui?" He asked. "Well they are friends." I said smiling. "Truthfully, Kimui." He said sternly. "As comrades that are friends, that will abandon me just like my other team." I said with my head down. "Good to know, cause you might just want to change how you think about them." He said as he walked out of the room. "Oh great, they know now." I said to myself.
We got on the boat the next day and the Boruto was giving me a glare every now and then which was starting to annoy me. "What?" I yelled at him when the four of us reached the hallway and he didn't answer." Boruto if you have a problem just spit it out already." I said more annoyed. "A problem, yeah I have a problem why do you act like someone who you really are not because of your past, when you can really talk to someone about your problems, and that fake smile you put on well no one's buying it cause its pretty evident on it's own. And why can't you forgive Kagura for what he did cause I don't think it was something that horrible." Boruto shouted at me.
And that's when I really snapped I went at him faster than the others can see me and put a kunai to his throat and I stopped right in front of him and Boruto's eyes widened as he saw my eyes in mangekyou sharingan. "You will never know how I lived for the last two years before I went to Konoha, and don't you dare say that you can talk to people, cause if I tell anyone they will run off or try to kill me." I spoke in an angry voice barely in control of myself. I removed the kunai and let Boruto go. "And Kagura, I told him everything but in the end he betrayed our friendship, and almost killed me." I said and turn towards the door to my room.
We got off the boat and reached the gate in about an hour. We were totally silent the whole way, which totally felt unsettling in some sort. We reached the gates and the others said their goodbyes to each other but me. Sarada and Boruto left to go home without saying a word to me of course and Mitsuki smiled at me before leaving.
"I'm home". I said as I entered my house to find it empty. Right, he's on a mission. I thought. I change into my PJs and head of to sleep. I fell to a deep sleep as soon as I hit the pillow.
Dream/ nightmare
"So shuriken practice that's what you want to do?" Kirai asked. "Yes Onēsan, come on please." My four year old self said. "Sure we can if you get there before me of course." She said and we started running. I was laughing the whole way.
We were training and my mom came there and talked to Kirai." Kimui let's go we have to do something today don't you remember." My mom called out to me. "Coming mommy." I said and ran to her.
"Let me go" I screamed out as I was tied to a table. "It will be over soon my dear" an elderly woman said as she put her hand on my bare back. I started screaming again more loudly this time. It felt like hundreds of needles piercing me every second.
Dream/ nightmare end
I woke up jumping on my bed. Good thing I didn't get to the end sealing that beast took almost three days thanks to their methods. I thought. "Well if I'm not sleeping, I'm training." I said to myself hopped of the bed and went into the shower.
I made it to the training grounds in almost thirty five minutes. I trained in taijutsu and genjutsu because I was already great in ninjutsu. "Training without sleeping is actually not good for you, you know." I heard Konohamaru sensei's voice. "I don't really need sleep." I said punching the tree with enough force that it turned into pieces. I heard sensei sigh. "Kimui listen, Boruto told me what happened in the boat, I know you had a rough past, but what he said was the truth." Sensei said.
"You can talk to people, and there will be people who'll understand." He continued. "When I tell people who understand they die, I won't let that happen again." I said and my mother's death came back to my mind. "Maybe not people, but you can at least become a little different towards your comrades, or just your father would be a good start, just think about it a little Kimui." He said before he left.
I left in a couple minutes and lied on my bed staring onto the ceiling. Maybe he might understand. I thought.
So new edited chapter hope you like it cause I gave it a lot of thought dattebayo. 😁
