" NO STOP " hyunjin heard as he felt the boy under him shuffle and sit up aggressively. he tiredly opened his eyes to see seungmin breathing heavily, tears streaming down his face. his heart ached at the sight before him and he slowly crawled behind the younger, pulling the crying boy into his lap as he leaned back on the headboard.

seungmin slowly calmed down while in the embrace of hyunjin, inhaling the older's scent, it has became something safe and comforting for the younger. hyunjin turned the younger around and snuggled into the crook of the younger's neck. " minnie, youre safe, youre okay. "

upon hearing that nickname, seungmin broke and regressed into a little, he didn't say anything though. minnie was a special name to him, minnie was a name that 𝘩𝘦 and only 𝘩𝘦 addressed seungmin as.

seeing that seungmin has finally got tired of crying and was starting to sleep, hyunjin pulled seungmin closer and played with with the younger's hair before too falling asleep.

it was a few hours later that when hyunjin woke up that he realised seungmin was no longer in his arms. hyunjin slightly freaked out until he saw a tiny figure crouched infront of the family of animal plushies at the corner of the room. he could hear faint giggles from the boy, hyunjin quietly crept up behind the boy and was planning on scaring the younger but before he could ...

" DDAAAAA " seungmin shouted while making a mischievous face at hyunjin. hyunjin being the dramatic llama he was, fell backwards while shrieking and clutching his heart. but this scene to little minnie was terrifiying and he genuinely thought he hurt the older.

fat tears started rolling down minnie's chubby cheeks as he used his tiny hands to desperately shake at the older's still body laid on the floor.

" h-hyungie minnie is sowwy p-plea- " the younger broke out into a sob and started hiccuping as he wailed and shook at hyunjin.

hyunjin was alarmed, " seungmin ... is crying? and did he just call himself minnie? aND SAID SOWWY? " his head sprung and looked at the boy that was crying and asked, " seungmin..? "

upon hearing hyunjin's voice, minnie's mood lightened. knowing the older boy was fine calmed him and he stopped crying, " m-minie is not seungmin, seungmin is big minnie. "

hyunjin was shook, so seungmin is a little? he always heard about littles but he has never met one, someone that he was constantly trying to shame and bully was such a vulnerable one ...

hyunjin froze and looked back at the younger that went back to playing with the animal plushies. " what do i do with this little one... "

hyunjin didnt even realise he spaced out until he felt grabby hand on his arm, seungmin was hungry and he wanted to eat and grabbed at this hyung here. " h-hyungie minnie is hungwy. " the younger muttered as he lightly shook at hyunjin's sleeve, a puppy plushie in the other hand.

though hyunjin didnt really know what to do with the younger, he still broke out into a warm smile and asked the younger, " hey baby boy what do you wanna eat hm? " hyunjin asked and he pulled the younger boy into his lap for a tiny cuddle session.

tiny minnie was just so cuddly to hyunjin he wanted to cuddle in bed all day with the younger. " m-minnie wants ... ice crEAM " the younger clapped and gave hyunjin puppy eyes.

though hyunjin wasnt an experience parent nor caregiver, he knew that children shouldnt be given ice cream before their proper meal. " but you gotta eat your food before ice cream baby boy. " hyunjin resonated. " let's get you some kimchi fried rice before ice cream okay? "

minnie nodded as hyuniin carried him out of the room.

though one thought lingered in hyunjin's mind.

" what made him cry so hard earlier... and regress? does it have something to do with him self harming? "
