daughter on period alone (Walt)

Walt's pov~

I wasn't ready for my little girl to come to me asking for help with her monthly. I mean I never dealt with it with Fye since she had her mom always around her. But with Kylie's mom being out shopping and I had some time off I had my first experince with it.

I was relaxing in the living room when Kylie walked up looking nervous.

I looked over at her.

"You ok baby?" I asked

She started fidgeting with her fingers something she picked up from her mommy. when she is nervous.

"Um daddy, where his mom's sanitary products?" she asked avoiding eye contact

I was not too sure what she meant.

"Her what?" I asked

"Her sanitary products" she mumbled

"Baby, I have no idea what your speaking of," I tell her

She sighs and starts to tear up.

I stand up and go over to her and comfort her.

"Does mom use pads or tampons?" she asked

I was thrown for a loop on why she wanted to know but then it hit me what was going on.

"in our bathroom bottom draw is what you're looking for. make sure that you use it properly and you freshen up first. I am sure mommy taught you all about this" I tell her

She nods her head and mumbles her thanks before walking off.

I felt something wet on my pants leg and I looked down seeing a stain so I went and changed pants then sprayed oxy on the stain and tossed the pants in the wash.

"Ky when you done with your dirty clothes just toss them in the wash I will deal with the rest," I tell her as I walked past the bathroom.

"Kay" she replied

I smile and go to sit back down when I forgot to grab the heating pad and a blanket. So I head to the closet in the hallway grab a blanket than go into mine and my wifey's bedroom grabbing the heating pad and head back out right as Kylie walked out.

"Anything I can get you?" I asked

"Something to ease the cramps" she replied

"Let's try a technique mommy uses" I suggest and motion her to the living room.

Once she sits down I hand her the heating pad and blanket before hooking it up and telling her to place the heating pad where the most painful cramps are. then to cover up with the blanket to keep the heat in.

Once she does as I say I walk off about to grab some ice cream when my lovely lady walks in the house.

"Hello, Walt baby. Hi Kylie Hunny" she greets

"Hello lovely" I greet and take some of the bags from her arms and help her.

"Hi Mommy" Kylie replies

"How was ya'lls day?" she asks

"I started my monthly" Ky tells her

"Awe my poor baby," my lovely says as she walks over and comforts Kylie while I put the food away.

"Did you do as I showed and told you?" my lovely asks

"Yea and I put the dirty clothes in the washer" Ky replies

"Good, I will handle that while you sit here and stay comfy," my lovely says then walks off.

"Thank you so much, daddy, and I am sorry I got some nasty blood on you," Ky says

I walk over and join her on the couch.

"It's nothing Oxy cant rid of" I assure her

She nods and lays her head on my shoulder as she watches her favorite cartoon, Tom and Jerry.
