baby's first steps ( will)

While Will was busy talking on the phone dealing with Buissness I was filming little ameila as she picked her self up using the couch and slowly but surely made her way to her daddy who didn't have one bit of clue as to what was going on.

I smiled as I watched her tetter and wobble as she moved towards Will.

I cheered quietly and encouraged her to keep going. When she fell I didn't say anything as she looked over at me and I nodded in assurance that its ok which was enough to have haer pick her little self up and keep walking.

 As Will kept talking on the phone Ameila walked into the kitchen and headed right to the table where he is busy discussing buissness and grabbed his pants leg.

He looked down at her then up at me and seen the distance between the two of us and looked shocked.

"Hey call you later, I need to deal with something" he says then hangs up and picks Amelia

"Did you just walk?" he asked

"Yes she did I I recorded the whole thing" I replied

He looks at her 

"I can't believe I missed you take your first steps" he says

"it's ok you was working" I tell him

"I should have been paying attention to her and not working when its my day off" he says

"Well see if she will come to me and you can watch her walk" I tell him

So he sits her back on her feet and whispers something in her ear which makes her smile and start moving.

I sat the camera on the coffee table facing towards her as I make grabby hands.

"Come on little love, come to mommy, I wanna give you some lovins" I tell her

She giggles and bounces a little as she keeps walking. she fals some more and like the first time she did I nodded at her that its ok and like before she stands back up and walks over to me.

I scoots back a little which makes her stop and give me a look which is so cute.

"Ok I won't move anymore" I tell her

She starts moving again after I tell her that.

"Go AMeila ...go..." Will chants 

She looks back at him and gives him a smile before looking back towards me and keeps right on walking.

when she gets closer I take her hands in mine and softly pull her into a hug. 

"what a big girl you are ameila , you walked to daddy then you walked back to mommy" I say to her as I keep hugging her.

Will walks over and shuts the camera off before he reaches down and scoops Ameila from my arms and hugs her as I stand up and watch the two.

"That was so amazing little love" Will says

We both kiss her cheeks which makes her squeal in excitement and clap her hands which we mock.

"Amilea walked for the very first time" We cheer.

Loving the fact that we are excited and praising her for a job well done Amelia grins and claps.
