"gotta catch me, daddy!" calum yells, running away from ashton.

"you better run, baby!" ashton yells back, running after calum. the little just laughs happily, and keeps running away from his daddy. which, doesn't last long.

his daddy was always faster than him. right as calum rounded the corner to run into the hallway, he felt his daddys hands grab at his hips and lift him off the ground.

"daddy!"

"callie!" ashton yells, spinning the little in circles. the little is laughing loudly as he clings onto his daddy. the pure bliss between the two - the happiness and love that just bloomed between them was something that they both missed.

after a couple of spins, the older boys sets the little down on his own two feet and then starts to ruffle his hair.

"nuuu!" calum whines, moving his head away, "no messy my hair, daddy!"

"how about you mess my hair up too, sweetheart," ashton says, making calum perk up.

"wewie?"

ashton starts to giggle, "of course. come on, arms up for daddy."

calum lifts his arms ups, lets his daddu easily pick him up, and when he's secure in ashtons arms...calum goes for it.

the little uses both hands, and starts to ruffle his daddys hair.

"alright, alright," ashton says, moving his head back since calum was very aggressively ruffling his hair, "how about we take that tubbie, hmm?"

"yeah, daddy!" calum gasps, placing both his hands on ashtons cheeks, "'ou hewlp me shave, p'ease daddy?"

"of course i'll help you shave the whole whoppin two hairs on your body," ashton says, making calum laugh.

"daddy, 'is no hair 'den?" calum asks, tugging on his own pretty curly hair.

"they don't count, love."

"oh, otay daddy!"

ashton just shakes his head fondly, and carries his baby to the bathroom. once ashton sets calum down, the little starts to strip naked while his daddy starts a nice warm bubble bath.

his daddy helps him into the nice warm bubbly water after its filled up, and then the little looks up to his daddy with curious eyes.

"daddy, 'ou too?"

"dont you want daddy to help shave you, hmm silly boy?"

"oh, yeah," calum says, looking back at the bubbly water. the little looks lost in thought for a couple moment, then he lifts his leg up out of the bathtub.

"here 'ou go, daddy!" calum says with a giggle. ashton shakes his head fondly, grabs a new shaver and shaving cream, and then kneels next to the bathtub.

"you're silly," ashton mumbles, getting some of the shaving cream on his hand, "now go ahead and prop your leg over the side...yeah, just like that love. good boy."

ashton rubs the cream onto calums leg (only from the knee down since the boy, even in his twenties, still was mostly hairless and rarely needed to shave) and then slowly starts to shave calums leg for him.

ashton finishes shaving his leg, then he swings that leg back into the bathtub to rinse it off, and then calums swinging his other leg over the side. they do the same until calums legs are completely shaved.

"such a good boy," ashton says, leaning in to place a kiss to calums head...at first, ashton didn't think it was a bad idea. honestly,  ashton didnt expect calum to use every ounce of his strength to pull him into the bathtub.

ashton has to quickly hold his arms up in an attempt to stop his head from hitting the water...which worked to an extent since the whole front of his shirt and his arms were now wet and soapy.

when ashton looks up, there's a deep blush covering calums cheeks and he looks almost...sorry?

"you're really silly, love," ashton grumbles, sitting up so he could take the soaked shirt off. then, he just strips the rest of the way down, and then climbs into the bathtub.

as soon as he's settled in the water, the little is climbing onto his lap and settling against ashtons chest.

"i love you," ashton whispers, placing a soft kiss to calums head.

"lub 'ou, daddy."
