Kenma sighs and types away while he streams on Twitch. His voice was vaguely heard through the door crack while Kuroo passes by the room, coming from their bathroom. 

'He's at it again, it's been three days straight,' he furrows his brows and continues to walk to their bedroom.

He starts to fold and keep their clothes while music softly plays in the background. Being a spouse of a streamer, and a secret one at that, was getting lonely for Kuroo.

But he couldn't necessarily stop Kenma because he knew that's what the latter was happy with. He quietly folds their clothes as a small mewl comes from the doorway. 

He chuckles and smiles as their small Norwegian Forest kitten comes padding into the room. The friendly little feline approaches Kuroo as he picks her up and cradles her.

"Geez, you're growing fast Chimei-sama," he lifts the kitten up as she meows. "Don't leave me like Maru-dono," he talks to the clueless cat before slumping down at his bed and sighing. The small kitten licks Kuroo's cheek while the older man sulks.

"Nee nee, Chi-chan, do you think I'm pathetic?" he pouts as the small kitten tilts her head, laying a gentle paw on Kuroo's hair. "You're so cute!" Kuroo picks her up again and gets up. 

"I know, let's make some hot cocoa," he cradles the kitten while the older Kuroo cat trails behind them, "Are are~ Maru-kun is here too," he holds Chimei on one hand and Maruneshi on the other. 

Maru scratches on Kuroo's arms but the immune man makes it to their kitchen with no problem. He places both cats down the kitchen counter but Maru immediately hops off the counter once more.

Chi sits patiently while her little kitten eyes trail Kuroo's movement. "I saw this guy on YouTube who lets his cats smell the food," he eyes Chimei and places the cocoa jar from a distance, "Do you wanna smell?"

The small feline inches closer to the jar and curiously sniffs on it. Some of the powder comes into contact with her nose as the small animal lets out a tiny sneeze. 

Kuroo laughs and wipes the cocoa off Chimei's face. The kitten sits back down, rubbing her nose as he spots the older cat laying on the cat tree lazily. "Both of you remind me of Kenma," he sighs once more before grabbing their thermos.

He pours hot water in a single mug and stops when he suddenly thinks if he should give Kenma some too to make up for his lost energy. He didn't want his husband relying on energy drinks after all. 

"What do you think, Chi-sama?" he asks his kitten and holds out his hand. The small cat nuzzles against his palm and purrs as Kuroo decides his resolve. He brings out another mug and pours Kenma a mug of hot cocoa. 

He dumps a generous amount of cocoa powder onto the water before putting in a teaspoon of sugar. He reaches for the refrigerator and grabs some milk before stirring everything together. He places the mug on a tray and coaster before making his way to Kenma's workspace.

He places an ear by the door to try and time his delivery of the still steaming drink.

It was surprisingly very silent in the room. Kenma wasn't talking and he couldn't hear the clicks of the mouse or typing on the keyboard. He furrows his brows, opening the door slightly to let Chimei in.

Surely Kenma would react if the feline went in. 

But no response was heard. Kuroo worriedly pops his head through the doorway just a little bit before seeing Kenma dozing off on his computer desk. "Jesus christ Ken-ken," Kuroo silently mutters before walking in.

He looks over to see if Kenma's camera was turned on before approaching his husband a bit closer. The older cat makes his way inside the room. Kuroo places down the tray and was about to carry Kenma until the gamer stirred and rose his head.

"O-Oh, Tetsu," he rubs his eyes.

"I was supposed to bring you hot cocoa," Tetsuro sighs as Kenma sits upright on his chair. He graciously takes the mug Kuroo held in front of him and took a sip. Kuroo leans on the table, hoisting his butt up a bit as he watched Kenma drink.

"Staring is rude," Kenma remarks before standing and pointing on his chair, "You're just so cute when you drink babe," Kuroo teases, kissing his cheek before taking Kenma's place on the swivel chair.

Kenma sits in between Kuroo's legs, leaning on his boyfriend's chest as he sips on the hot drink blissfully as Kuroo wraps his arms around his waist, giving Kenma small butterfly kisses on his head.

Kenma closes his eyes and leans further on Kuroo. "Tired?" he asks.

Kenma nods, placing down the mug and laying back onto Kuroo's chest. "I can't help but feel lonely during my streams sometimes," Kenma explains as Kuroo kisses his forehead. 

"Same here kitten, but I'm here now,"

Kenma shifts his position and is now being cradled by Kuroo, "The cocoa was really delicious," he smiles at his husband, making Kuroo's heart skip a beat, "Thank you Tetsu,"

"I'd make cocoa in a heartbeat for you baby,"

"I know," Kenma responds while almost dozing off. Kuroo holds him tight and gets off the chair, carrying Kenma bridal style towards their bedroom as Kenma's drowsy eyes flutter open.

Kuroo places him down gently while Maru climbs up the bed and lays by the edge. "Can you make sure Maru wouldn't fall off," Kenma peers over his old tabby son. Kuroo looks and tells him, "I'm sure he'd be safe," before laying with Kenma laying over his arms.

He feels the smaller male tug on his sweater before softly saying, "Give me kisses please,"

Kuroo happily obliges and starts giving small kisses to Kenma, on the forehead, on the eyes, on the cheeks, and on his cocoa-flavored lips. 

Kuroo scatters his husband with kisses while Kenma just lies down there happily basking in Kuroo's warmth. "When we wake up can you make me another mug of cocoa?"

"Like I said, baby, I'd make some for you in a heartbeat," he kisses Kenma some more before being stopped by a fairly deep kiss, Kenma parting his lips a bit and takes Kuroo's cheeks.

They break away from the kiss whilst Kuroo hugs his husband tighter before feeling a heavy animal lay down on his claves. Kenma peers over and sees Chimei trying to climb Kuroo, chuckling as he reaches out and takes the small cat.

They lay Chi right by the space between them and Kenma closes his eyes whilst petting his fur child.

"If I doze off just know that I love you," Kenma yawns while Kuroo pulls the covers up.

"Same here baby, I love you too, rest well and tomorrow you'd have more hot cocoa to drink," Kuroo kisses his forehead before watching Kenma doze off to sleep.

CAT NAME MEANINGS!!

Chimei = Small (Chichai) + Beautiful (Mei)
Maruenshi = Plump (Maru) + Angel (Tenshi)
So basically, Chimei stands for beautifully small and Maruenshi stands for plump angel, they keep it Chi and Maru for short. 

The -sama and -dono are very high honorifics. They're somewhat synonyms with -sama often used for gods and people in high order. There isn't really a western alternative to it. The 'Sir' or 'Ma'am' equivalent to it is -san not -sama.
