After Luke left, I was left on the couch alone once again.  This time thinking about what i had just done.  I felt terrible.  But i couldnt tell if it was from turning him down or denying myself what i had always wanted.  Was it even possible to feel guilty for something you had done to yourself?  It just all around wasnt a logical idea.  "Since when have you ever listened to your head Lia?" Katie inturupted my thoughts.  She was one hundred percent right.  "Just what you want to do, that boy has been your dream since you were a freshman in high school" she added. Also correct.  "Thsnkyou" i said jumping off my seat to hug her.

I prayed that they had gone back to their hotel room.  I pounded my fists on the door.  desperatley hoping for a reply from the other side.  "miss? did you get locked out of the room?" an employee asked.  "no i was just looking for a friend" i answered her.  she quietly exited the hallway.  i slid my back down the door and allowed the tears i had been holding back for quite sometume.  a

After a couple of dragging minutes, i picked myself up along with my packed bags and headed for the parking lot to go home.  I stared at my feet to avoid eye contact with anyone in the lobby.  i bumped into a tall young man.  but  all i saw of him were black vans, "im sorry" a beautiful voice rang in my ears.  i looked up to find Luke standing in front of me.  "lia, have you been crying?" he said with a concerned look on his face.  " im coming with you" i said simply.  a smile spread across his face as he pulled me into his arms.  i burried my face into his chest inhaling the comforting smell of his cologne.  "thankyou so much" he said before planting a kiss on the top of my head.  "Why did you come back here?" i asked. " i left  my guitar in the lobby" he explained walking toward a black guitar case on the couch.  "oh good thing you came back" i smiled.  "Im glad i did, what made you change your mind?" he asked, leading me out toward the entrance.  "When you left.  I physically couldnt think about anything but you" i blushed.  we walked onto the bus.  The smell Chinese food hit me.  "Hey guys she showed" MIchael yelled running up to hug me.  "Michael your hair is green" i yelled as he jumped onto me.  The two other boys hurried to join our hog, making it more like a dogpile falling back onto Luke.  "I thought you guys didnt like chinesse food" i stated noticing the white takeout boxes.  "Ashton made it because he said he missed you" Luke explained bringing my bags to his bunk.

We spent most of that night playing Pictionary. When the other guys had fallen asleep, i noticed Luke strugglinf to keep his eyes open. "You can go to bed you know" i whispered to him.  "okay" he said.  He sprawled out and layed his head on my lap closing his eyes.  i leaned over to rest my head on the arm of the couch.  I thought about all of the nights i spent in my room alone, wanting so much to settle for someone just so that i wouldnt be alone, thinking about how i wasnt good enough for someone like Luke.  I then realized that he wasnt this larger figure.  he was a real person, and i was finally getting to know him.  My phone buzzed on the table pulling my out of my daze.
