I had the privilege of talking with Min_Yoongi_my_cat! Here's how it went:

Scarlet_Witch: So, first off, who are you?

Min: Well, I am a Cherry, hehe. I am an artist, editor and writer too. I love sketching portraits of idols and I also make manipulation, photoshop and aesthetic edits, and I love reading and writing too. I always loved to read since I was a child, but I started writing fanfictions when I was 15, when I became a BTS Army.

S: Oh dang XD I love to draw as well tho I'm not very good haha

M: XD, I was also a bad artist, but I tried and kept getting better. Now, I cringe after looking at my old sketches, lol. But, I kinda had stopped drawing, because I do not get time do it ;-;

S: Oh no! I hope you get to start again soon :(

S: Anyways, what inspires you to write?

M: As I write fanfictions, Kpop Idols' daily life inspires me, as well as the K-dramas, and other series. I am inspired by songs too. If you see some of my short stories or 'Behind The Silence' book, they are inspired by songs, with deep meaning..

S: Oooo intriguing... I'm currently writing a novel myself that's super music oriented so listening to music for the playlist helps me too

M: Aww, it sounds amazing, tbh. I will add it to my library and reading list afterwards, hehe.

S: Aw, thanks! So you said when you were 15 you started writing fanfictions. What got you into that sorta thing?

M: Well, my friend got me into it, lol. I never knew what a 'fanfiction' was, but when my friend kept talking to my other fangirl friend about the fanfictions they read, I decided to check them out, and I got too engrossed in them that I couldn't stop reading. And, talking about when I started writing fanfictions, my friend wanted to write a fanfiction with me, and publish it on Instagram, so I agreed with her. We made the script in school and at her home, and at last, we published it, and we got good reviews, so I decided to make fanfictions on wattapd as my mind was filling up with different and interesting ideas. Well, the fanfiction which I had published on Instagram, is available here too, with the name 'His First Love'

S: Oh, awesome! I might have to check it out. Yeah, I actually started my first Fanfiction with my best friend and we posted it on her account December of last year. It's a lot of fun writing with friends

M: Yes, collabs are the best! They make the story more intriguing.

S: Definitely! It takes practice to collab too since you have to learn how to mash ideas together. Do you have a specific writing style?

M: Yeah, mashing ideas is kinda hard and fun too. Well, about the writing style, Nah. I do not prefer to have a specific one, but in general, we can say that it is writing fanfictions.

And if we go deeper, some of my stories are short, and the others are descriptive.

S: Nah I meant like to you plan what you're gonna write or just go with the flow?

I know my best friend likes to have everything that's going into the book planned, where I just sit down and write but sometimes I have certain things planned

M: Yes, I actually plan the whole story in my mind and when the story is going to be set to motion, I make a draft chapter just to type out the notes, that I made in my mind, and then make the story according to it. I actually type out what I need to write in which chapter, so it makes it easy for me to write it whenever I am free and helps when I kinda forget about that to write next. But 'Legend Of Euphoria', a collab with , we had decided the story beforehand, but never made a short note out of it. We just decided the flow of it and the plot. We make the chapters alternately, and, discuss what to write in the next chapter, just after publishing the one chapter.

S: Ooo nice! Yeah that's kinda what my friend and I did

If you could leave your readers thinking anything after they finish your book, what do you think it would be?

M: Well, I want my readers to enjoy the story, and also get a meaning out of it. Well, fanfictions by me do not have any lesson as such, except DEvIL, which is about not bullying and taking others for granted (kinda like me, who changed drastically by my fake friends, so that was kinda inspired from my life. I want to kill people, tbh, XD. I am weird, sorry.), but my short stories or one-shots have a deep meaning. I just want my readers to imply some of those things in their life, as they are kinda helpful and motivating, haha.

S: Lol I have a few people who I could do without as well tbh

Do you have any stories planned for the near future?

M: XD Hmm, yes! I have 5 drafts, and 2 stories in mind. oof- I freaking forgot one of the stories I made in mind yesterday night, so I think there might be 6 upcoming stories;-; But it will take me some weeks to publish, cuz I am on a hiatus, as I haven't been studying properly and I am in high school and also studying Engineering (IIT, which is so hard ;-;)

S: Dang! Can we get a sneak peak for one? Even just a scentence or something lol

M: Okay, wait a minute, I will send a paragraph...

S: Oo ok!

M: I took all my belongings and turned back to leave without saying a word, but someone held my arm. It was Seokjin. I could see the worry on his face. He said, "Don't leave. Its midnight. Something might happen to you." I said, "Don't fool me. There is no such thing as a magic shop." He smiled and said, "Yes there is. When you think about exchanging fear with positivity or think about a magic shop, you could see the door to it. I think you also thought about exchanging your fears to a positive attitude that is the reason why you can see this." What the heck?! My mouth hung open. I asked, "Are you fooling me?" "No. We aren't fooling you." "You can check it out yourself."

S: :O

M: I thought of sending one paragraph, but ended up sending so much oof- Well, the fanfiction name is 'Magic Shop' I had published 3 chapters of it before, but unpublished the book, as I had kept it on hold. I will publish it as soon as I complete my other original FFs. And tbh, I chose to reveal this book because Magic Shop by BTS is my favourite song. It has amazing lyrics, and meaning behind it, and the music is amazing too. If you see, you will find traces of the song everywhere in my acc. Two of my reading lists are named after the song's lyrics and name, and my edit shop is also named as Magic Shop.

S: Oh wow that's so cool!

Just a few more questions for you :) Who would you say are your biggest supporters whilst writing?

Oh wow that's so cool!

M: Tbh, most of them are Armys, as they are fanfictions. But leaving the virtual world's friends, and talking about real-life friends, only one person is a big supporter of my FFs, who is the one I made my first fanfiction with. She didn't read all my stories but she supports me. We had done a lot of collabs too. Literally half of the books here are a collab with her. Well, mostly, the unknown Armys read my stories, and some of them support me.

S: Aw, that's great tbh!

Before I sign off, I gotta ask: do you have any advice for aspiring authors?

M: Well, my advice would be: "Write whatever you have in mind! Do not think about what others' opinions! You are an individual, and everyone is different and has different ideas, so, please do not be what others want you to be, be unique!"

S: That's great advice!
