Jisoo just arrived back to the kingdom where she was raise. The palace knew who Jisoo was and what she's here for so she was quickly given some clothes and a place to stay in the palace.
"I guess I'm back huh." She thought before she started to unpack. She took out the ring Jennie gave her 15 years ago and wore it. "I guess it fits now." She thought before taking in a deep breath and started to do her work as a personal servant for Jennie.
Meanwhile with Jennie she was in her room sighing and groaning over and over. "Queen Jesoon we would like to introduce you to someone." A butler came in and said. "I'll be right over." Jennie said and she jumped off the bed and went outside.
"She's waiting at the empty ball room my queen." The butler left and Jennie went there to see the person she's been longing in arrival for.
"Jisoo......" Jennie said as her eyes got teary. "It would be a pleasure to work under you M'lady." Jisoo said in a calm manner. She was taught how to conceal emotions and she got really good at it too.
Teardrops fell from Jennie's face due to happiness. She jumped towards Jisoo hugging her tightly as the twins fell on the floor.
Jennie cried and cried while Jisoo was comforting her as she patted her head.
"There there Jendeuk. Still clingy as ever huh." Jisoo said and she could feel Jennie smile as the other burried her face onto Jisoo's nape.
"You finally came back." Jennie said. "I miss you Jichu." She added. "Of course I came back Jendeuk and I miss you too. You don't know how much I miss you." Jisoo stated and the two just laid on the floor hugging for a few hours.
Jennie finally got off but she couldn't express how happy she was.
"M'lady I believe it's lunch." Jisoo said as she stood up and gave Jennie a hand. "Of course." Jennie said noticing the ring she gave Jisoo years ago and it didn't fail to make Jennie's gummy smile bigger.
At Lunch
Jisoo POV
Happiness was the emotion that was currently winning in my heart. The hole that was empty for 15 years was filled with light. Though I did miss my mom and eomma Jennie didn't fail to make me happy.
She was eating her lunch and I didn't even care about my empty stomach. Jennie noticed it though which made me motion my head down.
"Did you not eat Jisoo?" She asked. "I haven't ate since earlier but I'm fine your majesty." I replied and she asked a butler to prepare another meal for me. "Come on let's eat." She said and I showed my heart-shaped smile.
The both of us ate together just how we used to when we were younger.
Jennie and I talked about what happened between the 15 years we were apart and I learned that my mom died and Soojin left the palace. Knowing the reason why Soojin left made me smile meanwhile knowing the death of my mother left me speechless.
I'm not really sure what to feel considering how I hate her for separating us and for giving birth to me.
I decided to just ignore the matter since I had better parents right outside the kingdom.
Night fell and I had dinner with Jennie. I know that this shouldn't be normal since I was just a mere servant but she just keeps on insisting.
I also learnt what the names of the two birds our father gave us years ago. Apparently Jennie named them according to our nickname. Nini and Chuchu and it wasn't that bad of a name.
I accompanied Jennie towards her bedroom door and entered the room. Pretty much nothing changed but the color. It was now pink and black Jennie's favorite colors.
Jennie and I talked for a while in the bed before I had to leave. I was a step away from opening the door before Jennie said. "Stay" in a rather serious tone.
"M'lady is something wrong?" I asked and she shook her head. "I just want you to stay." She said and I laughed knowing her clinginess towards me never changed.
"If that's what you want then." I said and I sat beside Jennie on the bed. She laid her head on my shoulder and I started to hum to make her sleep.
Moments later she slept and I was there just staring. "Goodnight M'lady Jendeuk." I thought before kissing her forehead and slept beside her since she'll probably be mad if I left.
Jennie POV
15 years of loneliness and emptiness has finally ended by the moment I see Jisoo. Words can't describe how much I miss her and how much happiness I felt just by looking at her.
We spent the whole day together and I was happy to know she's right there beside me.
The both of us headed towards our bedroom and just after our talk she started to leave. I asked her to stay and luckily she did.
I slept on her shoulder and I felt her arms placing me onto the bed. I was a bit sad that she didn't laid beside me but she eventually did. I finally remembered how much I felt secure just by having Jisoo beside me. Finally reuniting with Jisoo felt like a dream that I want to happen and it did.
In the morning
I woke up to see no one beside me. I started to panick not sure if Jisoo was really there or not. I looked around and saw no trace whatsoever. I went outside my room and still no sign of Jisoo.
I then heard the bathroom door opened followed by a person saying "Oh goodmorning M'lady." I turned around to see Jisoo in a bath towel and I threw myself to her as I hugged her tightly.
She couldn't hug me back since she was holding some things. "M'lady isn't this too c-close?" She stuttered but I just hugged her in more tightly just glad that it wasn't a dream.
"Jisoo I ban you from leaving my sight without a reason or permission." I stated which made her laugh. "My queen what are you worried about?" She asked and I finally let her go.
"I just don't want you to leave me again........I won't handle it." I said and she sighed. "Don't worry Jendeuk. I'll always be here with you and even if you can't see me. I'll always be watching you." She said and it made me smile reassured that she won't leave me.
"Don't leave me Jisoo. Not again."
