Days pass as Jisoo has gotten used to Jennie's choices and preferences in life in the palace and she has gotten used to her schedules.
Not only that Jisoo noticed how Jennie would always fake a smile towards many powerful people outside the kingdom and what's scarier is that Jisoo could feel an aura of satisfaction from Jennie whenever she fires someone that's working.
Jisoo became worried but nonetheless she would still support her sister even if it meant doing a heinous crime. Jennie was Jisoo's life after all.
"You'll be having dinner with the Royal Velvets from the kingdom of reveluv at 6:30 in the evening and as for tea time as usual 3 in the afternoon." Jisoo started to say the schedule to Jennie as the both of them walked side by side.
"Where's the ring?" Jennie asked and Jisoo looked confused before she looked at her hand to see no rings on in. "Sorry M'lady it seemed that I forgot to wear the ring you gave me." Jisoo apologized and Jennie just sighed.
"Hey Jisooyah~ Can we go somewhere later tonight?" Jennie asked all whiny and many of the new maids and servants that didn't work when the twins were still together got confused at the behavior. It's mostly because during the years Jennie would be very cold towards people she just doesn't like and trust me she doesn't like a lot of people.
"And where is somewhere my queen?" Jisoo asked and Jennie stop to look at the ceiling. "Just somewhere with an open sky so that I can see the stars." Jennie said and Jisoo smiled at her sister. "You could just say you want to have star-gazing Jendeukie." Jisoo thought and Jennie pouted.
"What's with the pout?" She asked and Jennie just shrugged her before replying. "You're not gonna tell me where aren't you?" She said and Jisoo just placed a finger on her mouth before saying. "It's a secret."
Later
Jisoo was alone at lunch since she was on break and she wanted to give Jennie some space since she's been pretty upset about Jisoo not telling what her thoughts are.
Jisoo was just getting some food and clothes since she knows Jennie can't always let her eat with her. It's unfair treatment just because she's her sister and Jisoo's well aware that some maids and servants got jealous at how Jennie's treating Jisoo. They just didn't know the queen had a twin sister since those who worked for the palace before the twins were torn apart kept it a secret to the public so only other nobles knew.
While walking thru the street Jisoo kept hearing rumours about how wishing can come true when you write what you desire in a paper then place it inside the bottle and let it flow towards the sea.
Jisoo taught about how ridiculous it was but considering how she did rumours like that in the past made her want to try it.
Jisoo bought some bread, dairy and some fruits for herself and as she was walking her hat suddenly flew away but was caught by someone.
"Hey umm I think you dropped this." She said and Jisoo clearly knew the face because it was none other than Lady Manoban from the kingdom of the green. "I'm so sorry." Jisoo said in a polite manner hoping not to provoke her.
"Hey it's ok I better get going now." She said and Jisoo looked at her confused. "Did I really thought of her as a bad person in the past?" Jisoo asked herself a bit surprised by Lisa's polite attitude.
"What would you expect Jisoo. She is a noble of the kingdom of the green." Jisoo told herself in the head before she left the flea market back to her place in the palace.
It was now 1:30 in the afternoon and Jennie was looking for Jisoo. She felt lonely not having the other girl around. Jennie finally found Jisoo exiting her room and she went towards her. "Where have you been?" Jennie asked. "Just by town buying some stuff." Jisoo simply replied and Jennie sighed in defeat. The girl really can't get angry at the other.
Jisoo just stood right beside Jennie doing her work until she ask her to do something and then just like that 2 hours past. "M'lady it's tea time." Jisoo said as she got inside the room after doing some things and Jennie stretched her arms making a groan.
"Shall we go?" Jennie replied and they went at the garden to eat and drink.
"M'lady todays snack are cookies." Jisoo said and she opened the cover to reveal simple chocolate chip cookies. "Who made this?" Jennie ask which made Jisoo shiver. "I made this M'lady. Does it not suit your taste? I can get a diffe-" Jisoo was cutted off by Jennie placing a cookie in her mouth to shut up.
Soon Jennie ate Jisoo's cookies and loved them. "Say how did you learn this? I know you had cooking lessons but not baking." Jennie asked as she finished one cookie.
"Eomma Yongsun taught me my queen." Jisoo replied and Jennie gave Jisoo an 'I see' look. "Do you not like it?" Jisoo ask a bit worried. "Silly Jichu. I love it." Jennie said before taking another cookie.
At Night
Jennie was already sitting at the dining table waiting for the royal velvets to arrive. "Ms. Bae has arrived." One of the maids said and Bae Joohyun entered from the flesh. "Ms. Kang has arrived." Another maid said and a bear came in.
"Ms. Son has arrived." "Ms. Park has arrived." "Ms. Kim has arrived." The three maids said in order as three other ladies came in.
After Dinner
"Jisoo can we go see stars now?" Jennie started to whine at Jisoo since it's already been an hour since their dinner with the royal velvets ended.
"If star-gazing is what you want M'lady then I'll gladly give you that." Jisoo said as she led Jennie outside the palace and onto the empty beach. Stars were visible in the sky and Jisoo was constantly giving stares at Jennie without her noticing.
"Among all the stars right before me. You Jendeuk might be the most eye catching one."
