Chapter 10

(Y/n)'s POV

I've just finished filming and editing a video for today, and I'm quite surprised, I finished earlier than before.

Well, I guess it's more time for me!

I head downstairs and hear Sub making a video with Elijah. They must be enjoying themselves.

Anyway, I decided I was going to be just watching TV for the rest of the evening. I didn't really mind being alone. I guess I've always been used to it, since I was young.

"Y/n... psst, y/n wake up."

I was bothered by the pestering sound, I found myself asleep on the couch, a blanket already pulled over me.

I then noticed who woke me up. The same troublemaker, Elijah.

"What's the matter?" I asked.

"Well, wanna come talk outside?"

"Okay." I responded, getting up to go outside.

It was obviously night time, this time the moon was shining even brighter than before, and there had been more stars to gaze at.

"So listen... I'm going back to Mass tomorrow evening, I'm guessing it's our last day to spend while I'm still here." Elijah said.

Massachusetts... his hometown... I forgot he had to go back.
I gave a smile, glad of how he thought about me that way. "So... we're ditching Sub?"

"Well, it's up to you. If you'd want him to go, he can tag along."

I thought about it for a while, and I've thought that I guess it would suck if he'd be left behind. I already went with Elijah, I guess Sub could tag along just this once, since it's Elijah's last day.

"I can hang out with you guys today?!" Sub cheered, as he clearly seemed happy.

"Well, of course... It's Elijah's last day anyways, like it'd be unfair." I replied.

"Yeah, we can go for a drive." Elijah suggested.

"That's a great idea! Let's go!"

After Sub had quickly changed clothes, (which me and Elijah already did earlier).
We headed for the car, and this time it was Sub driving, since he was practically familiar with the place already.

We drove off to a southern part from where Sub lived. The further we drove, the quieter it got.
It was really peaceful and it gives me a break from being in the city too much.

The scenic views were also breathtaking, the tall trees blocking the midsummer sun, just the right amount to see both without hurting your eyes. I noticed Elijah also staring from his side of the window, he looked adorable.

He suddenly turned towards my direction and smiled, I returned it as I felt my cheeks turn pink.
Oh no, he caught me staring at him...

Well I didn't mind anyway, we started conversations with each other. I suddenly wondered what it was like to hold his hand...

Without thinking, I offered my hand out for him to hold, and he took it, our fingers entwined, making the two of us officially holding hands.

On thing for sure... His hand, it was obviously pretty soft...

and definitely warm.
