"Hey. I want you to-" Axis started.
He was interrupted by Eraserhead giving him a hug?
"Don't ever do that again." Eraserhead growled.
"Jesus, okay! Anyways, take me to the police station."
"What?"
"You heard me. I'll walk in with you."
"Why?"
"Because."
-At the Police Station-
The vigilante walked into the police station willingly. Held at gunpoint at the door, and put in handcuffs.
"Why would you come into out custody willingly?" Tsukauchi questioned.
"I'm not in your custody." Was all the vigilante said.
"Uhhh?"
Axis dangled a pair of handcuffs off his finger. No one had even seen him move.
"What, how did you-"
"Would you guys feel better if I put them back on, even though it's pointless."
"No, I guess not." A confused Tsukauchi muttered.
"Anyways I'm here to help you out. Nothing I've done is illegal for the record, cause I don't have a quirk. I'm just a guy who happened to stop an ass ton of crime. Frankly more than you, and I've only been active for about 2 years. The fact that you've failed to catch a quirkless vigilante who hasn't even broken the law and stopped more crime than you would only push the public to further believe that the police are no longer needed because of heroes. So instead, I'll unofficially help you out. I'll give you, -intel- on cases not even heroes have a vague idea about because of restraints they put on themselves. What do ya say?"
Even the chief was slack jawed. But in the end they had an "unofficial worker" because the truth was, he was totally right. If this got out the public would further think that the police were useless. So if Axis could cover that up, they didn't mind to say the least.
Izuku spent his day searching through cases the heroes and police alike had failed to solve. Honestly, he'd discovered more about a number of cases in 3 hours than the "professionals" had found in 3 weeks. Of course this was through the power of 'questionably legal hacking' as Izuku liked to call it. And "talking" with some of the villains he stopped.
Axis walked into the police station and dropped his files in the "turn in bin" that he now had. (It was the best solution to keep him off the grid) Tsukauchi was shocked at the amount of information Axis had found on these cases, maybe this wasn't so bad after all.
"Can't you tell us who you are?" Present Mic and Eraserhead asked.
"Nah."
"Why?"
"Because it doesn't matter, why do you care?"
"Because we want to know!" The curiosity was honestly killing them.
"No."
Axis turned his attention to the fanciest coffee machine he'd ever seen, minus the one at work.
"Holy shit." He said.
"What?" Aizawa asked, before looking where he looked, a grin spread across his face. "Do you like coffee?"
"It's the fucking holy grail."
"Well I could set up free coffee for you, at a price."
"What! But I work here, I should get free coffee anyway!"
"Actually, you work here unofficially."
"You don't mean- I don't have to-" Axis' eyes grew angry looking, "HOW DARE YOU! YOUR EVIL YOU KNOW THAT!" Then he stormed out of the police station door.
Aizawa had found it, the "holy grail".
Coffee.

Fanfiction(Please note this fic is very messy and not actually complete. Another version titled Axis (new) is the one you should read first.) What does it mean to be a hero? That's a question for the ages. It seems morality loses to evil. Heroes are villain...
