Izuku was discharged from the hospital two days later, thanks to powerful medical quirks.
He was given the option of a day off, which he took. Why? Because his vigilante persona wasn't going to appear on its own.
Stopping crime in the middle of the night was just as routine as always, but being in U.A. Caused complications with schedule.
Maybe it was time he left. He'd been blackmailed into joining the school after all. If someone figured out what had happened in his past, each intricate detail of horror that makes up what was supposed to be his childhood, he couldn't do it anymore.
How his father beat him. How his mother sobbed. The day he saw the life fade from her eyes. How it was his fault. His fault. Hisfaulthisfaulthisfault.
He felt nauseous.
They were moving into the UA dorms soon.
Shit.
He needed to forge a parental contact form. Nezu knew enough, but he didn't handle the moving in. He just paid for the buildings. However. He could change that.
"Hello Izuku. What is it you'd like to discuss today?"
"Cut the shit. I'm here for the dorm. You know I can't fill out the forms."
"Very well Izuku. I'll see that it's taken care of."
"Yeah. Thanks."
He closed the door behind him silently.
He turned the corner, sliding down the wall in pure relief.
Izuku decided to keep his apartment. In case of any late night incidents that involved stitches, bullet wounds, or a concussion that wasn't treated by medical professionals.
As far as moving in went, he packed up his art supplies in one box, the one hobby he allowed himself time for.
He packed a few other boxes, filled with various items he'd bought or made over the years.
He went with granny to get his driver's license when he turned 15 last year. (I know the legal age is 16 [at least in the US it is] but I made it 15 for the sake of plot convenience. Basically I could not find out if the stain arc was after July or not so yeah. My lazy ass just did this bc we roll with the punches. He's sixteen now so he's had his driver's license for about a year. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.)
He loaded the boxes into the back of Daichi's truck.
He was a good driver. That's why the trusted him. His vigilante persona? That's a story for another time.
Hello! So I realized I was straying from the vigilante part. And while he still is a vigilante from time to time, my idea follows the plot this way. I still want to know your opinions though! Thanks for reading! <3
