Villains poured in through a purple mist.
"Oh? This is too bad. I was hoping to see all might. Maybe he'll come if I kill some of these kids." A childlike method of thinking, but the words dripped with pure venom.
Aizawa took a defensive stance, instructing students to stay back.
Unfortunately, the students didn't understand immediately. But Izuku understood. Too well actually.
"Get back!" He instructed loudly, unexpected from his usual quiet nature.
Aizawa bought him some time, but the warp villain appeared in his own smoke, dressed almost like a bartender of some fancy place. But what caught Izuku's eye was the metal plate around where his neck would be. He must have some physical substance.
He wouldn't lie, his mind immediately flashed with his quirk, since the man was likely to way little to none. Allowing Izuku to throw him like a rag doll. But memories of his mother's death flooded his brain, leaving that idea in the mental garbage.
He whispered in a hurried tone, but the message was clear to Iida.
"I need you to run and get help. Communication is blocked. And then he took off, snatching some debris created by the bread battle between thirteen and the warp villain. Specifically, a metal pipe. A metal pipe that just so happened to be sturdy enough to pull this idea off.
He ran, and catapulted. Using the pipe to gain leverage on the villain, delivering a harsh kick to the plate. One that was painful based on the villains reaction.
But he was overwhelmed soon enough. His friends were okay though, so that's what mattered.
He was transported to a new area. Seemingly the water rescue simulation. Thought the sinking boat was real now. He noticed Tsu was there. Why would the villains transport someone with a water-based quirk to a water zone. Unless they weren't aware of what the students quirks were. Finally an advantage.
Unfortunately Mineta was there too. Someone who Izuku happened to despise. But he supposed it was best to grit his teeth and take what he could get.
Tsu noticed him. Mineta did too. He was less quiet. Izuku slapped a hand over his mouth, sending a glare that shut up the boys frantic cries.
"I doubt they know our quirks. Which provides us with an advantage." He explained calmly.
Tsu kept her usual calm energy. Listening intently despite the small but noticeable tremble in her hands.
And then there was Mineta. Who was shaking violently. But quiet as Izuku threatened to throw him over board if he didn't shut his mouth. This wasn't true, but Mineta didn't know that.
He spoke in a calm tone, whispering so it was only audible to Tsuyu and Mineta.
"They don't know our quirks. Which helps. So here's the plan. I'm a fairly strong swimmer, it's likely I'll be taken down in the water but that's fine. I'm the distraction. We'll use Mineta's uhm," He paused a moment. "We'll use Mineta's balls to trap the villains who follow me. Working under the assumption I'll be captured I might require rescue but you should make your escape the top priority. Afterwards you need to hide. Heroes should be at the building soon. And Mineta? If you lay a hand on Tsu I will personally beat you into the ground. Understand?"
"Y-yes." He answered, fear obvious in his face.
"Good. Sayonara." He said standing quickly and diving into the water.
Tsu flinched slightly but continued remembering her part of the plan to execute. The purple idiot next to her yelled, frantically throwing the purple balls pulled from his head. Thankfully to the spot Izuku specified. More or less anyway.
Izuku felt a sharp pain erupt in his shin. Someone with a quirk that emanated poison from a sea urchin. Not deadly, but thoroughly painful.
Though the pain on the villain was likely harsher considering the kick to his face with a metal boot.
He groaned, but let out no other noise of protest as he swam to shore. The rest of the lower villains had been caught in the purple balls shortly after Izuku was dragged under the water. Skills with breathing under water came courtesy of his father. A rare but steady occurrence where Izuku would have his head under water for extended periods of time only allotted a few seconds for breath. His father always loved torturing people in his own ways. That's what led to his arrest. Izuku supposed beating him to the extent of near death wasn't enough to satisfy his father anymore.
But he'd made it to shore at this point. Happy to see Tsu was safe. Indifferent towards Mineta.
But the short moment of relief left as quickly as it came. The horrific sight of Eraserhead battling the leader, the warp villain, and some disgusting bird thing.
His mind was focused on one thing now.
Save him. Save them. At whatever cost to himself.
He threw himself into battle, discarding the panic attack he'd likely have later because he used his quirk. He pushed the leader into the ground, smashing his face under his boot, it came as a shock.
"You dirty cheater!" The leader screamed like a child. "How dare you! Kurogiri (spelling?) get him!"
The warp villain tried only to be flung around like a rag doll. Just as Izuku had thought. Light. Kurogiri was out of commission long enough for Izuku to gain some advantage. Shigaraki lunged at him, a hand outstretched. Izuku felt the edge of his cheek disintegrate. Right where his hand grazed Izuku. Shit. He was also sporting a new stab wound in his stomach. He left it be. Losing conciseness because of blood loss would be less than ideal right now.
He felt various parts of his body disintegrate when Shigaraki touched him, the battle continuing on. Izuku deduced his opponents child like nature and used that to distract him.
That's when the news spread that heroes were to flood the building any minute. Absolutely infuriating Shigaraki.
Who sent his Nomu to crush Aizawa, who was now on the ground. And another villain to kill Tsu, whom he'd spotted.
"No!" Izuku cried out, redirecting the villain into the wall with such force it cracked.
And pulled himself towards Aizawa Sensei. His head pounded with a painful migraine, and his muscles ached with strain. Overuse of his already untrained quirk.
The last thing he remembered was a pause when the Nomu was instructed to take a bone in Izuku's arm and snap it, such excruciating pain causing a violent scream. Then a punch so powerful it felt as though his rib cage shattered completely, knocking every last breath of air from his lungs.
Then black.
I hope y'all liked the chapter! I plan to do a part two for the after math in detail. Let me know what you think. :)
