"I am glad you took up my offer, Midoryia."

"Yeah, don't call me that. Just Izuku."

"Understood, please take a seat. Izuku."

"Do you have a preference on which color you play?"

"No."

"I'll have white then."

A set chess board arose out of his desk by the press of a button.

"Shall we begin?"

"I have to say, I've never been brought to a draw. I'm impressed you managed that every time except one." The principal smirked.

"It's difficult to beat me I guess. Can I leave now?"

"Not quite. It seems I was unable to track your computer, which raises natural suspicion to most. However, I'm simply impressed even my skills couldn't trace it. Would you mind explaining how?"

"Actually yes." Izuku sighed, starting to get up.

"You know it's too bad I couldn't trace it. I was hoping that might encourage you to accept my offer. Because I find your skill simply extraordinary. Brains to rival my own with proper training."

"So you planned to blackmail me? That's low even for 'heroes'."

"Blackmail wasn't the way I'd word it."

"Whatever." Izuku rolled his eyes, pushed open the door, and left.

But not before one last thing left Nezu's lips. "I know about the accident. And for that, I'm truly sorry. But don't let that incident ruin your chance at a truly marvelous future."

Izuku slammed the door and walked down the hallway.

"Tenya look, I think that'll be your new classroom."

"I hope everyone attending with respect the rules. I expect nothing less from those accepted into UA."

"You should loosen up a little Tenya, but I appreciate your passion for following the rules." His brother smiled.

Their conversation was interrupted by a rather angry boy storming down the hallway. He seemed to be faintly muttering something under his breath, and ran into Tensei Iida.

His eyes lit up as his muttering promptly stopped. "Shit, sorry." He said quietly turning and proceeding to walk away.

"Goodness, I wonder what was going on." Tenya inquired, looking over his shoulder to see the boy was no longer in the hallway. "He's fast too."

"Bad day? Let's go meet up with Aizawa, we have a case to work on." Tensei smiled, looking at his brother.

As much as Tenya tried to hide it, he was extremely excited to help with a case.

Izuku pushed open the front entrance door, pulling a pack of cigarettes out of his back pocket, promptly lighting one. He ran his hand through his curly hair, blowing out a trail of smoke.

Izuku was leaned up against a building, music blaring in his earbuds. He exhaled another trail of smoke, not paying much attention to the other people on the sidewalk.

Uraraka walked down the street, talking with her father.

"I met that boy you talked about at McDonald's. He seemed, unamused?"

"Oh really? In the mornings he's like that too, looks awfully tired most of the time."

"I just hope he's okay, I agree with you. In other news, Momo invited me to sleepover tonight with her and Jirou to celebrate before the big entrance exam on Wednesday."

"That sounds like a great idea, I hope you have a good time. I just remembered! I have a surprise for you!"

"You didn't have to get me anything dad." Ochako said, her cheeks rounding more with a gentle smile.

"Just something small from me and your mom to congratulate you, we're so proud!" He beamed, handing her a small box.

She opened the box tentatively. It revealed a necklace. A gentle rose gold metal holding a pearl, and a thin chain to match.

"It's beautiful!" She exclaimed, wrapping her arms around her dad in a tight hug.

"It was grandmas, you could think of it as a good luck charm."

"I will, it's my treasure." She smiled, pulling the chain behind her hair and clipping the clasp in place.

She was quickly distracted by a vaguely familiar face. "Isn't that him?"

"Who? Oh the boy. I think so?"

"Should we say hi? I don't want to seem weird."

"I think it's best if we don't, I wonder if he's older than I thought though, he's smoking."

"Well back to my wonderful gift. I adore it. Let's go meet up with mom."

Izuku climbed out of his apartment window, just like always.

His thoughts were on high volume today, making it hard for him to focus. He found himself with a few more bruises than usual.

All to barely avoid the stealth hero and detective dead set on tracking him down for some reason. He was making their jobs easier for gods sake!

Aizawa paused, standing atop a random building in the general area Axis tended to patrol. He was about to give up and go home, as it was nearing 4am, when he heard a voice behind him.

"Yo."

"Don't sneak up on me like that."

"Hmmm..... no thanks." The distorted voice responded.

"Why don't you put your talents to good use at UA? I don't get why you do this, it's annoying to me."

"No, I won't be going to UA. And I get it, insomnias a bitch. So, sorry about that. But just go home, what I don't get is why you guys care. Just leave me be."

"You know, I wasn't sure about this before. Your a kid aren't you?"

"Meh. By the way, your not gonna like me after this."

"After wha-"

Axis tossed a pink glitter bomb onto the roof, before back flipping off the building.

Aizawa slammed the door behind him, tossing his scarf and goggles on the table by the door.

"He was right. Stupid problem child." He muttered under his breath trying to get the glitter off his face and out of his hair. "I might kill him, bring him back to life, and kill him again. I hate glitter."

He heard a ding from his phone.

Glitterlover36: How ya doin? Try not to kill me for the glitter thing.

Eraserhead: Don't test me.

*Glitterlove36 changed Eraserhead to Insomniac*

Insomniac: Why can't I change my name back?!

Glitterlover36: Because.

*Glitterlover36 is offline*

I want to thank you all for 20k reads on here, it means a lot to me! As you can tell I still update rather often, but the longer chapters take me longer to write. I enjoy putting out longer chapters though, and plan to keep up with regular updates. I'll get used to it eventually lol. Thanks again!
