"Oh, your awake." A mummified Aizawa said.
Izuku looked dazed. He was sure he was dead. That was the only way he'd be able to see his mom again. But now he understood what she'd meant. Assuming the encounter was real.
"Drink." His mother had said smiling. "Drink the tea and you'll never be lonely again."
That's what she'd told him. And he believed her.
"What happened?" He questioned.
"You took the blow from that Nomu for me. I am your teacher. Why didn't you run?"
"You said you had everything under control. And they believed you. But I didn't. I knew you didn't have it under control, your fighting style isn't even suited for combat with a group. Thirteen came close to death as well."
"Hm." There was a lot of things Aizawa could say. But instead he said this.
"I don't approve of your methods, and you need to listen next time, but you did good kid."
He could have sworn he saw Izuku smile a bit, but he flopped down on the bed and pulled the blanket over himself a quick moment later. A muffled 'Don't mention it.' Came from under the blanket before silence filled the room.
Aizawa smirked before leaving.
They had the day off from school.
oikawasflastass: Have you guys seen Axis lately? He's disappeared. I haven't spotted him anywhere in my area.
simpforanimeboys: ikr? He hasn't been here at all, i miss the funny footage.
