ANDITO kami sa my swimming pool at nagkukwentuhan lang. Hunter is with Clark. Nasa kabilang side sila at nag-uusap. Panay pa rin ang titig ko sa kanya. Pansin ko naman ang pagsilip niya sa akin minsan na agad din niyang binabawi tuwing nakikita niyang nakatingin ako sa kanya. He looks so self-conscious malamang ay dahil sa mga titig ko.
Marahan akong umusog palapit kay Torre habang distracted yung ibang mga kaibigan namin sa pagkukwentuhan. "I heard what you talked about earlier." Bulong ko sa kanya.

Nginuso ko si Hunter. "Him."
Tumingin siya kung nasaan sila saka makahulugang ngumiti. "Oh. Hunter." Aniya. "Why? Are you interested?"
I shrugged. "Maybe. Depends."
Mahina siyang tumawa. "He doesn't like playing though. He's a serious type of guy."
Huminga akong malalim. "I'm planning to settle anyway. I heard he's rich. Why don't you help me?"
"Ikaw? Magse-settle? Are you serious?" Hindi niya makapaniwalang tanong.
Tumikhim ako. "So... What is his problem?" Tanong ko na di pinansin ang sinabi niya.
She grinned. "I think that's for you to find out... If you're actually interested with him, that is."
I groaned. "At least give me a clue."
Umiling siya. "I don't think I have the right to tell anyone about his personal issues. It's too private. Clark just accidentally told me about it. I wasn't meant to find out. If you find out and you help him, luluhod ako sa harap mo at habang buhay kitang ililibre ng pagkain na gusto mo. We'll make you our leader kung matulungan mo siya. You probably deserve that crown anyway."
Kumunot ang noo ko. Now, I'm more interested. Ano nga ba ang issue niya at nasabi yun ni Torre? Bakit ba di na lang nila sabihin? Tsk.
"Is he a good man?" Seryoso kong tanong.
She nodded. "He is. Malamang ay siya na ang pinakamabuting taong nakilala ko. Since he doesn't have a family to spend his money on, he usually donates half of his earnings to non-profit organizations. He's not only a businessman, he's also a philanthropist and he's a environmental activist. Hindi lang yun, he helps kids with cancer and men and women who were raped or abused. He helped farmers get the latest equipments to make their work easier too. He even recieved a nobel prize award like a couple years ago. That's why he barely has time for gatherings like this. He's busy changing the world. Pretty sexy, isn't it?"
Napakagat-labi ako. May lalaki pang katulad niya? God. I never thought I'd get so turned on by a good man so badly. My exes are usually on the bad side. PUMASOK ako sa loob ng bahay nang makitang tumayo si Hunter at nagtungo sa loob. Sinundan ko siya. He went to the kitchen. Napangiti ako nang makitang kumuha siya ng ice cream mula sa fridge. He took a spoon at mukhang babalik na sana ulit sa labas nang makita ako.
