A.N: It felt like an episode of Arrow with these flashbacks!

------------

"If you want to make a fool out of our reputation and family name by being with that half blood. That Lupin boy. Then so be it." Your mother spat stepping forward. "You are to pack your things and get out. You are no longer welcome here." You couldn't believe it, they were actually kicking you out. They were actually saying this.

"You are nothing to this family!" Your father hissed, standing dangerously close to you with his wand raised. "You will no longer be seen as a member of this household."

You just stood there speechless, you heard from Sirius what he went through with his parents but you never imagined your parents doing the same.

"You are no child of ours."

------------

"Umm.. Professor?" A student timidly called out. It was Angelina Johnson.

Jumping, you snapped out of your wondering mind to look at the Gryffindor. "Yes?" You asked. Your heart still pounding from the memory.

"Are you okay? You went to tell us our homework but then you stopped." She asked concerned. Everyone in the room glancing at each other, equally as concerned and confused.

Waving it off, you stood up. "I'm fine." You reassured her. "Now, on my desk by Thursday, I want three pages of parchment on Muggle inventions and what they do." You declared.

Everyone groaned. "That's all." With that the students all packed their bags before leaving in single file out the room.

The moment the last student left, closing the door behind them, you sank back into your chair letting out a heavy sigh. You didn't mean to zone out again, and even worse in front of your students. You felt terrible. You probably looked like you saw a ghost too while you were zoned out.

You let out a sigh again. "Great." You rolled your eyes. "That's all I need. More anxiety." If you were being honest all you wanted to do was cry. Hide in your room and cry.

You weren't normally like this. Normally you can hide the anxiety, not let it get the better of you. But where it's coming up to the full moon and Remus' transformation, your anxiety and stress were beginning to take over. And not to mention next Tuesday would mark the day, 19 years ago, when your parents disowned you and you moved in with Remus and his family.

Shaking the thoughts from your head, you wiped the sweat from your hands onto your clothing before standing up. Running a hand through your hair you made a start on cleaning your classroom ready for your lesson after lunch.

------------

You made the mistake of skipping lunch, telling yourself you weren't hungry and that you needed to clean your classroom.
