The Marauders finding out you're a Werewolf

You woke up this morning with a killer headache and your body incredibly sore. Rubbing your (Y/E/C) eyes you sleepily got out of bed and changed into your own clothes. As it's the weekend there are no classes on to which you are relieved. Thankfully the clothes you chose to wear manage to hide your new scratches.

The images of last night playing through your mind. Even though you knew what happened you only remember fragments of the event. Much like your friend Remus Lupin you're a werewolf and last night was a full moon. However, last night was your first time. You've never transformed before let alone been out all night. You wondered how Remus can do it but you suppose he has James, Sirius and, Peter to help him. You however haven't and so you went through the pain and blood thirst alone.

Just as you were about to leave the common room your best friend Lily Evans came up beside you looping her arm through yours. "Where were you last night? I don't remember seeing you go to bed." She questioned.

Thinking quickly you make a lie up. "Oh I was helping Professor Slughorn sort his potions ingredients." Lily seems to buy this and smiles making you mentally sigh in relief.

"Okay, well I'm going to breakfast. Care to join me?" She offers but you shake you're head.

"I'm not really hungry but I'll be in the courtyard if you need me." You decline gesturing to your book. Lily nods and leaves, leaving you alone.

Once you were positive Lily had gone you continued to the courtyard to read your book. As it's only just been the Christmas holidays the air is still crisp but it didn't bother you.

Just as you reached a good chapter of the book you were distracted by a group of people talking coming closer to you. One of them sat next to you leaning on your shoulder staring at the page. "What do you want, Black?" You asked rolling your eyes but continuing to read.

"You weren't at breakfast and Lily told us you weren't hungry and were in the courtyard." He replied. You thought for a moment before sighing in frustration and shutting the book.

"I mean why are you four here?" You rephrased slightly annoyed.

"I tried to stop them (Y/N) but they wouldn't listen." Peter rushed before James cut in.

"We're bored." James added.

"Well that's not my problem. Now if you excuse me I'd like to read my book in peace." You snap standing up to walk away.

"You look really tired (Y/N) why don't you just rest I'm sure the book can wait?" Remus asks sounding concerned. You froze when he said that not because it scared you but because he noticed how tired you are.

Not wanting them to find out you put on a fake smile. "I'm fine." You answer but Sirius didn't buy it.

"Are you sure, did you even go to sleep last night?"

"I couldn't get to sleep last night alright?" You retort becoming rather irritated by their questions. The boys stared at you making you debate on telling them.

Looking around, you sat back down once you made sure no one else could overhear your conversation.

"How do you deal with it, Remus?" You ask in defeat staring up at your friend with pleading eyes. He stood there shocked and confused to what you just asked him.

"What do you mean?"

"How can you transform into a Werewolf every month and still feel fine the next day?"

Hearing this made the boys go silent seeing how exhausted and desperate you look. "(Y/N) I didn't know you're a werewolf?!" Remus asked breaking the silence.

"I'm not... I mean I wasn't but Fenrir Greyback attacked me over the holidays and well... last night was the first time." You explain staring at the book in your lap.

"Why didn't you tell us?" James demanded.

You looked up at him with sadness in your eyes feeling ashamed that you hadn't. "I was scared of what you guys would think." You admit returning your gaze to the book.

"We would of made sure you came with us so you weren't alone." Remus reassure making you smile.
