(Request) Teenage Love -James Part 2

Request: Hiii can you write where y/n and Sirius and Remus are childhood besties and y/n is in love with James since she came to Hogwarts and being James he likes Lily, so Lily is like heather. Y/n was bottling up her emotions as she didn't want to mess up anything so she goes one with her life then slowly y/n and Snape become friends and was being together alot so one day saw that Snape was getting bullied by the Marauders and she went to stop them, causing James and her to argue then stop talking and James couldn't help but feel lonely without her presence, then James is finally realise that he was in love with y/n the either time and Lily was just to get y/n jealous. Btw y/n is a ravenclaw.

Part II

It's been a couple of days since the arguement and to say James has done nothing but mope around the school would be an understatement. He kept to himself during lessons much to the professors surprise. But the moment you were in the same room as him he'd do nothing but stare at you, mentally wishing for you to talk to him.

You on the other hand, although you desperately wanted to talk to him, continued to ignore him. It pained you to act this way towards your crush but at the same time you felt like it needed to be done. After all it's exactly what he's done to you.

"Moony." James called out as he got up from the couch in the common room that he was previously lying on. "You grew up with y/n. Can you go talk to her for me?" He begged, walking over to his fellow Marauder who was busy with homework.

"I think you're forgetting who caused all of this." Remus stated without losing concentration on the homework as James instantly lowered his head in shame. "Look mate, your best bet is to go talk to her yourself. She'll forgive you." Remus added, finally looking up from the collection of parchment paper and text books that were covering the table he was at.

The look he gave James was one of promise but James couldn't help but to wonder if you truly would forgive him.

"Are you still moping around like a love sick puppy?" Sirius chimed as he strolled into the common room. The Marauders all became aware of the crush James had for you after the argument you both had.

"For your information Pads I was not "moping around like a love sick puppy" as you called it." James glared using air quotations to mock his friend. Sirius simply smirked.

Letting out a sigh Remus turned to Sirius. "He was." Remus nodded. "He wanted me to go talk to y/n for him." He admitted.

"Hey!" James spat with annoyance. Remus shrugged as Sirius laughed.

"Just go talk to her." Sirius chuckled as if it was obvious.

"That's exactly what I told him." Remus joined in putting his quill down to give the conversation his full attention.

"It's alright for you two." James began, pointing at the pair. "You're not the ones she's mad with." He defended. "Although technically she should be mad at you too seeming as you wrecked Snape's books." He pointed out looking at Sirius.

"But she's not." He smirked, smiling innocently. James just rolled his eyes.

Moving to the empty chair beside Remus, Sirius ran a hand through his hair. "Anyway here's your chance." He started. "I saw y/n heading towards the Quidditch stands with her friends."

At the mention of this James' eyes light up. "Really?" He questioned to which Sirius nodded.

Thanking his friend, James didn't waste another second in running to your location. Just as he reaches the door, Lily enters. "Hey Potter." She smiled.
