You're Undead To Me - Part 2

I hate bikini car washes. Sure, they look fun and all, but they're so... uncomfortable. There's always some creep who comes back like twenty times. I wasn't going to even bother going today, but I realized that I have to get out and about if I'm ever gonna get over Charlie so that I can be able to hang out with him without dying inside a little.

So here I am. At the 'Sexy Suds Car Wash'. And all I can think about is the time me and Charlie washed dishes together and it turned into a whole water fight, ending in one of the most beautifully romantic, yet horribly platonic ways possible. I'm having. So. Much. Fun.

I'm not working the car wash though. I'm just here with Elena and Bonnie for emotional support. At first, Bonnie was no where to be found. So when Elena and Stefan eventually found each other, and started fucking stripping, I left. "Yeah, I'm gonna go find Bonnie."

When I got to Bonnie, a burst of water was hitting someone in the face. "Hey, Bon."

"Oh, hey Nora." She seemed distant.

"Need any help?" I asked, picking up a sponge. "I'm not gonna change into a bikini though."

"Sure," she laughed, snapping back to reality. "Some help would be great."

We washed a couple of cars and I decided to go find Jenna. She said she would be here with her new boyfriend and frankly, I'm curious. I walked over to see Jenna and Logan 'scum' Fell talking about sex in a mini van or something. Wait... "No way. Your new boyfriend is Logan Fell?"

Jenna laughed. "Yup."

Logan put on his famous news guy smile. Oh this guy is trying way too hard to impress. "Why, you a fan?"

I snorted. "No..." He looked at the ground. "Wait, Jenna, weren't you calling him a scumbag less than 3 days ago?"

Logan laughed. "'Scumbag'?"

"Yeah, yeah. That was before you flashed a smile and showed that you care." Jenna said.

I laughed. "This is cute and gross at the same time, so I'm gonna go. But have fun with your functional love life!" I called back at them as I walked away.

I got home and sat down on the couch, bored, with nothing to do. I took out my phone and fidgeted with it for a while before finally opening it and texting Charlie.

"Hi"

"Hi, how r u?"

"Good, u?"

"Good"

"Good."

"So... wanna hang out?"

I hear Jenna coming in from the kitchen. "Have you seen Logan? He came home with me but I haven't seen him since he went to use the bathroom."

I guess I didn't realize when they got here. "No, I've been glued to this couch for the past half hour."

"Okay." Jenna says, continuing to call his name. I look back at my phone.

"Can't. It's already dark. I'll see u at school tho."

"K see you at school."

I hear clattering upstairs. What the hell is going on? Jeremy walks through the front door and goes upstairs. About 30 seconds later, Logan comes down after 'using the bathroom'. Then Elena runs downstairs in a hurry. "I'm gonna go to Stefan's house."

"You look kinda shaken up." I point out. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine!" She walks out the door.

I roll my eyes and look back at my phone.

"Change of plans. Elena's being weird. I'm gonna follow her. I'll update u at school."

"Ooh yeah! Def fill me in at school!"
