Penny's POV
Here we all were it was the day of Arnold and Ellie's wedding. They had said their i do's and we were now at the part part. I look over from where I am standing to see Arnold and Ellie dancing. Elvis is dancing with his partner. SO Steele with his wife and then theirs just me standing on my own. Well I wasn't all alone Sam was standing next to me. I thought of asking him to dance with me but why would he want to do that. Yeah I love him but I know that he won't share the same feelings towards me. I sigh as I walk out of the doors to get fresh air. I hope that no one saw me leave but as I go out through the doors to the grassy area I see a shadow follow me. I stare out into the sky. I have an idea of who followed me. Sam. Sam always knew when something was wrong with me but he would always wait for me to tell him. "Hey Sam." I say.
"Hey penny are you okay?" He asks coming to stand next to me. I turn to face him and say "I guess so just seeing everyone dancing and it made me realise how alone I am." " well your not the only one who thinks that. I was thinking the same. Hey why don't me and you go dance?" He says showing me his hand. " Um... I guess but won't everyone judge us?" I say feeling shy and I look to the ground. I feel him let go of my hand. I look up and see him walk to the door. He opens it and grabs a big rock and places it at the door. I can hear the music coming through. " well.." he said walking over to me. " no one can judge us now". He takes my hand back and spins me around and pulls me into his chest. I place my hands around his neck as we sway to the music. I look up into his blue eyes and smile. I never thought that I would dance with Sam. It may not have been our wedding but I felt the love. He stops swaying and places his hands gently on my face and one on my waist. He leans in a places a kiss on my lips. He pulls away just incase he thinks I'm going to run. But instead I smile and look up at him. I lean up and place one on his. I suppose in the end everyone gets happy endings. We both dance away with no one around. Just the sound of gentle music and the sound of our beating hearts for each other
